Great overall
Pros:

Location, free room upgrade, super helpful staff

Cons:

Felt that it was a bit ran down compared to the Vincci SoHo property in Madrid. Room was good, but definitely the hallways and common areas could be a little nicer

It’s all good.
Pros:

We liked the professional approach of the reception staff especially the morning duty lady. The room is quite nice but not exceptional.

Cons:

For me it’s not a 4 star rating hotel as compared to other hotels in the same category.

Pros:

La struttura è centrale, ottima posizione, lontana dal caos ma in un contesto signorile. Consigliato il ristorante, piccola ma carina la terrazza con piscina. Le camere sono molto spaziose e curate

Cons:

Camera standard completamente priva di luce naturale (affaccio su punto interno) quindi non il massimo per una camera di hotel. Poca attenzione ai comfort nella stanza (ti lasciano due capsule per il caffè non le rimettono e dicono di non averne a disposizione in reception, idem per l’acqua e ricordiamo che l’hotel è a 4 stelle). Il personale non è proprio simpaticissimo né cordiale verso l’ospite

Original decoration. Cozy gateway.
Pros:

The hotel is very calm and the room noise less even if located at the perfect busy location in town. Close to cafes, bakeries, restaurants, shopping. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Best breakfast at Colmado Wilmot Behind the hotel. Europa cafe across the street has tasty Bocadillos iberico. The pool is mini but refreshing during the summer.

Милая терраса, стильный номер, доброжелательный персонал, мармеладки :)

Cons:

Бассейн гораздо меньше, чем на фото воспринимается, он буквально на двух человек, полежать в нем и охладиться, поплавать не получится. Также есть номера с окном на колодец из трех других стен, номер из-за чего очень темный. И в целом, мне было некомфортно с таким видом, очень клаустрофобно, как будто ты где-то заперт. Если вам важно, что вид был хоть немного приемлемый, лучше указать в пожеланиях это.
Одеяла не в пододеяльниках, а между двух простыней, что неудобно. Также система кондиционирования может показаться неприятной, потому что дует отовсюду, где бы вы не находились, а через окно было проветривать невозможно)
