3 days prior to arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag takes an authorization on the credit card used during booking. Upon arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag requires an imprint of a valid credit card; the hotel will pre-authorize a deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover any charges made during your stay.

Guests without a credit card will be asked to present a valid ID such as a passport on check-in, and to pay accommodations charges in full plus a cash deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover extras. Cash deposits will be refunded on check-out, minus any charges.

Parkhotel Den Haag has indoor parking with a limited number of spaces. Reservation for it needs to be made in advance by contacting the hotel directly. Pros:

Propere kamers, mooi hotel en zeer centraal gelegen! Ook het ontbijt viel in de smaak. Fietsenverhuur is handig als je de stad wil verkennen.

Cons:

Ik had graag wat muziek gehad (aan de balie, aan het ontbijt). De personeelsleden aan de balie waren vriendelijk. Anderen waren dan weer minder vriendelijk.

Pros:

The room I got was very nice inside. We arrived at Easter and they had arranged for a nice little “Easter Egg Hunt” inside the room. It was a nice touch. The breakfast was on the ground floor and enjoyable. They had a good selection and there was something for everybody there. They even did smoothies of the day and had other little treats like that.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the main station however there are a good few tram connections within a few mins walk from the hotel. The hotel takes a security deposit for each user per day upfront on checkin. It was something like €40 per person per night, which could grow substantially depending on the number of people and the number of nights that you are staying. None of this was mentioned in Booking.com before I booked. Access to the room was through a super small lift and then up and down many small flights of stairs, I would check ahead of time if you have a large number of bags or are in any way incapable of "Hill Walking"

Posizione, stanza spaziosa, colazione buona. Hall accogliente, design carino, stanza pulita

Cons:

Wifi lento anche se garantiuto veloce. Pessimo per chi lavoro. Telefono stanza non funzionante mai e in tutto hotel (non era un problema di stanza), servizi indicati durante prenotazione sono falsi, non credere a lista servizi! Manca asse da stiro e ferro da stiro (anche se richiesto non lo hanno), non c'è servizio in camera perche i telefoni sono guasti, wifi lentissimo.

Pros:

Het hotel heeft uitstraling van bijna New York. De night manager(inchecken na middernacht) was heel behulpzaam en liet ons tot diep in de nacht in de lounge zitten. Zeer comfortabel bed. Een bad! Goede faciliteiten. Ik had het veel eerder moeten ontdekken!
