3 days prior to arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag takes an authorization on the credit card used during booking. Upon arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag requires an imprint of a valid credit card; the hotel will pre-authorize a deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover any charges made during your stay.

Guests without a credit card will be asked to present a valid ID such as a passport on check-in, and to pay accommodations charges in full plus a cash deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover extras. Cash deposits will be refunded on check-out, minus any charges.

Parkhotel Den Haag has indoor parking with a limited number of spaces. Reservation for it needs to be made in advance by contacting the hotel directly. Without confirmation for the garage, there is no space available. Please note that cars running on liquid petrol gas are not allowed. To access the parking garage, guests need to enter The Molenstraat.

The room was perfect for me. Quiet. Breakfast buffet was great!

Ottimo soggiorno quasi in pieno centro
Pros:

Ovviamente di un certo livello e tutto è andato bene. La stanza era ben organizzata e pulita, con una selezione di cuscini, macchina del caffè e bollitore. Ci hanno avvisato subito di un evento che avrebbero avuto, ma comunque non si è sentito nulla. Servizio ottimo.

Cons:

Non granché di negativo, la cosa maggiore che mi viene in mente è che avrei preferito avere una presa in bagno, per poter usare l'asciugacapelli al caldo dopo la doccia. Per il resto il prezzo, ma essendo di un certo livello è da dare per scontato.

Sehr gut alles in allem mit kleinen Kritikpunkten…irgendwas ist ja immer ;)
Pros:

Lage, Personal und Frühstück, war alles gut. Das Zimmer war groß mit einem modernen Bad und guten Matratzen. Es die Einrichtung hatte nicht den Wohlfühlfaktor, den die Bilder vermittelten.

Cons:

Mitten in der Nacht hat am Mini-Supermarkt jemand mit laufendem Mororrad auf einen Kumpel gewartet. Das war leider kaum zu überhören. Hätte man an der Rezeption sicher auch hören können und etwas tun.

Und warum braucht es eine Kaution? Geht bei fast allen anderen Hotels auch ohne.

I had to change the date so I called them many times but they didn’t respond. When I made the request via Booking, it was refused in minutes.
I asked them by check in if all the 50€ deposit returns to me, they said yes, and then they got 13€ for “tax”. How come other hotels I know don’t get this tax!?

Fijn hotel
Pros:

De ligging, heerlijke bedden, vriendelijk personeel en schone kamer. Ondanks dat het midden in het centrum ligt geen last van geluidsoverlast
