3 days prior to arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag takes an authorization on the credit card used during booking. Upon arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag requires an imprint of a valid credit card; the hotel will pre-authorize a deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover any charges made during your stay.

Beautiful hotel; a cozy experience with attentive staff and lots of essence
Pros:

It has the best customer-service and comfort features in The Hague. I’ve been to other hotels and this one keeps an authentic essence and sleek design while covering the essentials. Special thanks to Ana-Victoria who was very kind, attentive and understanding of my needs.

Cons:

My first room had no lift access. The hotel was expanded from the original building into the neighbouring structures, meaning it ca be quite a labyrinth. Rooms vary in accessibility and I had to check a few others. There are different price points but the don’t fully reflect these differences.

Pros:

Accommodatie is goed en ligging helemaal. Receptie, ontvangst was niet vrolijk. Werd net afgelost, maar ook weer niet. Heb ik niets mee te maken.
Housekeeping en ontbijt medewerkers waren top en netjes.

Cons:

Enige dus de receptie medewerkers. Deze mensen mogen best wel vrolijker zijn dan de rest. Zij zijn de eerste die je aanspreekt. Zij zijn gastheer/dame.

Cozy and good location.
Pros:

Cozy hotel in a very good location. Small but well laid out room and the window can be opened, which is very important but all too rare in hotels (and something Booking.com should mention in its info). Nice staff, pleasant common areas.

Cons:

Shower was only the fixed, US style - a hand shower as well would be nice.

Een rustig verblijf, waarbij het fijn was dat de locatie zo centraal was

De locatie/ligging. Heerlijk midden in het Centrum

Cons:

Iets in de kamer zorgde voor een allergische reactie, waardoor ik twijfel over hygiene.
Het was een eenvoudige kamer, een tafeltje en stoel naast natuurlijk een bed, zou fijn zijn geweest Nu kon ik alleen op het bed zitten.

Clean and comfortable for short stay
Pros:

The room (standard double bed) was spacious, BUT you had to walk trough the curtains while entering the shower room - there was no walking room next to the bed footer. The breakfast is worth to buy - warm buffet as well (egg, omelett, bacon, sausages, panncakes, waffles etc.).

Cons:

The room had an odd shape, that was uncomfortable for the person, who had no direct access to the toilet/bathroom. The air conditioner was very loud and made "clicking" voices trough heating up the room - also at night. This can be dealbreaker.

Eccellente soggiorno!!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in una camera singola ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La stanza era ottimizzata al massimo, estremamente comoda e pulita. Il plus è stato trovare sia il bollitore che la macchina per il caffè funzionante. Staff gentile e ottima posizione. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

Helpful staff ensuring a very positive experience. As I am a light sleeper, asked for a noiseless room and the one we got was perfect in this respect. Since the minibar refrigerator wasn’t working, they provided complimentary breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was rich and delicious, next time will probably order it. The rooms are clean and welcoming.

Cons:

We rented a bike at the hotel, the hotel air-pump was of low quality. As the tires are not checked and inflated by the maintenance crew, they should provide customers with an electrical pump at least.
