Leuk hotel op centrale ligging
Pros:

Zeer centrale ligging, lekker ontbijt en mooi ingerichte kamers. Hadden kamer aan de achterkant wat heel rustig was.

Unbefriedigend und viel zu teuer

Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage zentral und fantastisch und auch das Hotel selbst Sah ausgesprochen ansprechend aus.

Cons:

Wir kommen an einem Tag an, nach einer sehr warmen Phase. Die Klimaanlage hat lt. Personal offenbar seit Wochen nicht mehr funktioniert. Stattdessen standen Tisch-Ventilatoren (einer davon verstaubt) herum, die im Ernstfall wohl nichts gebracht hätten. In der ersten Nacht blieb das Schlafzimmer sehr warm, So dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Und das, obwohl wir eine Juniorsuite gemietet hatten und ein klimatisierte Zimmer laut Prospekt zugesichert war.

Das WLAN ist alle 20-30 Minuten zusammengebrochen und musste dann neu verbunden werden. Mein Virenscanner hat in den fünf Tagen einige 100 mal angeschlagen.

Das heimische Telefonnetz innerhalb des Hotels funktioniert offenbar bereits seit sechs Wochen nicht mehr. Stattdessen ist die Rezeption vom Zimmer aus nur per Handy zu erreichen.

Auch das Frühstück war bestenfalls Internationales Mittelmaß und ist längst nicht so gut, wie viele Gäste dies bewerteten. Gerade die Brötchenauswahl und auch die Vielfalt bei den Marmeladen (Es gab nur Erdbeermarmelade) hat gefehlt.

Mooi historisch hotel!
Pros:

Oud statig pand op een perfecte locatie “in de tuin” van Paleis Noordeinde. Goed als je Den Haag wilt bezoeken. De kamer (333) was prima, comfortabel bed, keurige badkamer, lekker. Het ontbijtbuffet is van goed niveau met alles wat een uitgebreid ontbijt moet bieden.
Ik kom terug ondanks dat ik nu in een parkeergarage op ca 400m moest parkeren. Tip: het hotel heeft enkele eigen parkeerplaatsen die je wel vooraf moet reserveren.

Pros:

Bon emplacement et bon confort des chambres.
Bon petit déjeuner, à un prix correct, mais à 10h le personnel est venu nous signifier que le service était terminé en posant un saut de nettoyage avec éponge sur la table juste à côté de nous. Nous avions bien compris. Un peu déplacé…

Cons:

Pas de parking ni tarif préférentiel dans un parking de la ville
Les chiens sont acceptés et sont partout, y compris sur les canapés des espaces communs.
Compter 12 euros supplémentaires par personne (city tax)
