Breakfast was great, night staff was great (only interaction). Clean, comfortable.
We were part of an adjoining room thing and that door was not limiting on sound transmission.
Enjoyed breakfast, desirable location, compfy beds
The way management runs the place I thought I was back in high-school. The laundry lady walks around the halls like a teenager looking to harass the guest. The GM Lori was of no help. When I told the manager I was not happy with the way I was treated and Probably wouldn't stay there again she said ok. When I asked GM Lori for her district manger she said she didn't have one. And hung up the phone.
I will say the ladies cleaning the room, Irvin night front desk and Carol the breakfast lady are wonderful. Till managment changes or I speak to the owner I will not be back.
Karen does a really good job keeping breakfast hot and stocked. She has a sunny disposition and smile.
Karen was excellent and the food was great. I would stay here again. This place is very clean the stuff is friendly also well.

Very clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast! Close to restaurants, gas stations and of course Walmart for forgotten items.
Not enough Family oriented programming. (Channels for children)
Very clean and friendly hotel. Karen was running breakfast both mornings we were there and kept the food hot and fresh and was a pleasure speaking with.
Our stay was very nice-we were in town for a funeral. Karen took good care of us for breakfast- she was friendly and helpful

If you want a nice clean place, with a caring staff this is it. It's a great place to spend a night or two. The staff is attentive and get you what you need. The breakfast is really good, and it hits the spot and gets you off to a good start for your day.
Rooms are very clean, front desk was friendly, and the chocolate chip cookies were a nice touch. Karen in the breakfast area was fantastic. Got slammed, but kept everything fresh and restocked.
Haven't traveled around the area much, but doesn't seem like a lot around. But it is about 25 minutes from Rockford BMO Center.
The staff was very kind. The cafe lady was so nice and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. One of the best IH cafe we’ve been to. It’s nice to start your day with a friendly smile. The room was clean and comfortable.
