Excelente acomodação em Santiago!
Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima, fácil para chegar em diversos pontos turísticos a pé. O Uber também nos buscava e deixava na porta do hotel.
Eles não oferecem café da manhã, mas oferecem um lanche que é deixado todos os dias no quarto e que você pode comer quando quiser (sanduíche, leite, café, suco, iogurte).
O chuveiro era bom, forte e quentinho, ótimo para dias frios. O quarto era grande e super limpo. A temperatura do quarto também era bem regulada, não passamos frio em Abril. Não sei como seria em uma época mais fria do ano.
A cama é o único defeito do quarto, poderia ser mais confortável, mas compensam com bons travesseiros e um bom cobertor.
A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa!
Num geral, foi uma excelente estadia e eu voltaria com certeza. Indico!

A cama é realmente o ponto baixo da estadia. MUITO mole, baixa e difícil de dormir para quem tem problemas de coluna. Eu sofri no primeiro dia, mas depois me acostumei e consegui dormir melhor. Não foi a pior coisa do mundo, é super tolerável. Mas poderiam considerar uma melhora nesse ponto!

Bądź świadom obecności schodów. Nam to nie przeszkadzało ale niektórzy mogą narzekać na fakt że apartament jest piętrowy.

Si bien no hay desayuno, ofrecen un muy agradable detalle: una colación con leche, jugo, yogurt, saquitos de té y café y un sandwich. Daniel de recepción muy amable. Posibilidad de dejar el equipaje, ya sea pre check in o post check out. Buena ubicación, a 3 cuadras de la Línea 1 de Metro y muchas líneas de buses.

Cons:

La limpieza, olvidaban reponer papel higiénico, shampoo y jabón. El colchón ya necesitaría un recambio, está algo hundido en varios sectores.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Ficamos só um dia para esperar um voo que iria para a Australia, mas foi um excelente lugar para tomar um banho e dormir algumas horas. É perto de tudo e de otimos restaurantes que dá para ir caminhando. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. Com certeza voltaríamos.
