Decent hotel
Pros:

Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped.

In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen.

Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel. One of our favorite so far. Good noodle soup—saw some locals eat there as well. Lovely surrounding area— walk along the ocean. You need to drive or take a taxi to the port.
