The hotel is in a beautiful historic building. Beautiful interior.

Cons:

We booked the hotel for our honeymoon and mentioned it in the booking. The hotel responded to us with a pricelist of drinks and snacks. It is the first time in the world from all the hundreds of hotels where I have stayed, that the hotel does not bother to do absolutely nothing, not even congratulations at the reception, small card, flower, chocolate.. nothing ...not asking for champagne or rose petals, this world be too much to ask from 4 star hotel.. Do not expect anything to make your stay special! Furthermore, the gym is limited and has old machines. The breakfast is average and not the attendance expected from 4 star hotel. I saw the staff cleaning the table and simply brushing everything from the table to the floor.

NADA ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA. Todos los dias fue el mismo desayuno. de muy mala calidad ,las salchichas horribles de color fuxia, nunca volvieron a poner el unico buen te que tenian. El cafe muy malo, los unicos huevos que servian ni siquiera los sabian preparar y mejor ni seguir .... NUNCA PUDIMOS VER TV EN LA HABITACION no habia ningun canal por cable, el botones nisiquiera lo pudo poner. no habia plancha ni cafetera en la habitacion, NUNCA pusieron una crema de manos ni ninguna cortesia diaria en el lavamanos exepto por un gorro de baño . El peor secador de pelo, por ser el mas barato de la historia. El aseo en la habitcion bastante deficiente por el olor a viejo y a mugre de tapete del corredor. La descortesia de la mayoria de los botones que siempre estaban hablando o chateando (exepto por el unico joven que habia) aunque estaban en su puesto de trabajo no tenian la menor cortesia para abrir la puerta al cliente del hotel. Exepto por la amabilidad de Lucia, Matias y el botones joven y dos meseras del turno de la noche.......no se destaco absolutamente a nadie como personas que saben atender huespedes en un hotel.

Not worth the price nor the reputation.
Pros:

1st stay in booked a deluxe room and had a standard ( very small, far from 30m2 in the booking and no toileteries).
2nd stay 1 week later, the room size was acceptable and toileteries were finally there but the bedsheets was stained as well as the 2 bathrobes.... I made a claim but no reaction from the Savoy. No compensation or even excuses. They simply cannot be bothered and the wholesome attitude is representative.
On top of that the breakfast is limit acceptable (powder scramble eggs, chemical orange juice and no taste fruits....)

Definitely not worth the price or the reputation. Déception all the way.
