Bruit et pas de climatisation, pas d’eau pour nous accueillir C’est bien triste pour un 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Étant donné qu’il n’y a pas eu de climatisation et d’après les commentaires depuis plus d’un an, il n’y a pas eu de dispositif (ventilateur ou autre moyen) pour remédier à ce problème. Ce qui est inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles . De plus un chewing gum collé sur le côté du bureau des nôtres entrée dans la chambre d’où un ménage rapide!

Ubicación excelente, buffet muy variado y barato y buena atención a los corredores de la maratón. La habitación es muy cómoda, me gusta que tenga 4 almohadas y colchones muy buenos.

"Pesadilla en el Hotel Silken"

Cons:

Que en un hotel al que vas a descansar y que haces un esfuerzo para pagar unos precios tan altos, no funcione el aire acondicionado, pasé la peor noche de mi vida sin dormir ahogándome de calor y si abria la ventana, no podía soportar el ruido. A las dos de la mañana bajé a pedir solución a la recepción y la única explicación que me dieron es que en el mes de Abril la refrigeración no funciona. No es nada lógico que en un hotel de 4 estrellas no esté previsto el control de la temperatura todo el año. No reservaré jamás ninguna reserva en el hotel Silken de Zaragoza..!! Posdasta. Deberian penalizar a este hotel por este motivo.

La ubicación es muy buena por estar en pleno centro.

Cons:

La habitación no está bien aislada acústica y térmicamente. Por ello, tuve calor el primer día, que no podía refrescar por no ser posible pasar de calefacción a refrigeración. El ruido en la calle era como si estuviera en la habitación (coches, gente, lluvia incluso). Los desayunos tampoco están a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
