Buena ubicación pero necesita reforma
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y la ubicación excelente

Cons:

La habitación muy vieja y deteriorada. Los rodapiés y molduras algunos rotos y los colgadores de toallas del baño y grifería se movían.
Los amenities de cortesía muy espartanos
El armario pequeño
Digamos que de las 4 estrellas, 1 de ellas necesita una pronta reforma o se le va a descolgar

Detalles de limpieza en lavabo. Chorros amarillentos en WC y sin escobilla imposibilidad de corregirlo.

Bellissimo hotel al centro di Saragozza. Grande camera al 5°piano, pulitissima. Letto con materasso molto comodo. Bel bagno con doccia e set di cortesia. Personale gentile e molto disponibile

Hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en Zaragoza
Pros:

Me encantó todo: la ubicación, la habitación súper amplia y la cama muy cómoda, el baño perfecto, la amabilidad del servicio... además es un hotel con un lobby precioso en pleno centro de Zaragoza. Para repetir.

Cons:

La cafetería. La iluminación deslumbra: esas bombillas marean.
Y a la hora del desayuno toda su distribución es poco acogedora.
Una toalla de baño estaba rota.
Y el lavabo es de poca calidad, grande pero se nota que le.falta presencia.

Nos dieron una habitación de minusválidos, sin previo aviso, para quien no es minusválido es bastante incómodo, hicimos el chekin online y no se para que sirve eso si al final te dan la habitación que sobra, en vez de habérsela dado a alguien que de verdad la necesite. El buffet, muy variado pero la bollería estaba muy dura, no era del día, y el zumo de naranja estaba malísimo.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione. Stanze e bagno veramente grandi (tuttavia la vista nel nostro caso non era buona, eravamo al primo piano e la camera dava su un cortile interno). Eccellente la colazione. La struttura in genere è mediamente elegante ma un po' vecchio stile... non è proprio un albergo per giovani. Kit di cortesia ben fornito.

Cons:

L'assenza di un bollitore per tè e caffè in camera è una vera mancanza per un albergo 4 stelle.
Un po' macchinosa la procedura di accesso al WiFi.
