Jumeira Rotana

It’s the perfect locating as it’s central to many things. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quite a bit romantic too. Good for families, families and coupes even solo trips. The rooms are spacious and have all accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Special thanks to Mohsin, the Reception Manager, for his professionalism, to bellboy Sulman for his friendly and helpful service, and to Restaurant Manager Roshan and his staff for their excellent hospitality. They all made our stay truly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great from start to finish, but we especially want to recognize the housekeeping attendant, Pawan, who truly took great care of us. The room was always spotless, well-stocked, and comfortable, and his attention to detail and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to Pawan and the entire team for a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Jumeira Rotana was truly exceptional. All the staff were outstanding — always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed.

Our room was always perfectly clean and very well maintained. A special mention goes to housekeeper Pawan, who consistently made sure our room had everything we needed. His attention to detail and dedication made our stay even more comfortable.

Overall, a wonderful experience

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Dubai. Mohsin managed our booking and as usual offered an excellent service. We checked in with Dawood who offered outstanding service with a smile. The room was a suite with views of Burj Khalifa. Mohsin looked after our needs and the room had an amazing display on the bed with a complimentary fruit platter.Mohsin Bilal, Suleman, and all housekeepers offered an excellent service service, very comfortable and welcoming room, everything was perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the security guards are always very helpful and welcoming. Cannot wait to go back again . Would like to thank Mohsin, Bilal Suleman and Dawood for the exceptional service they offered and for making our stay very welcoming, with great hospitality and friendly service.

I had such an amazing time at Jumeira Rotana. The Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was very delicious and the hotel provided a wide range of options.
Hotel is very accessible to the airport and major attractions in Dubai. I highly recommend this hotel and I can't wait yo visit again.

Lovely hotel wonderful staff very clean hotel made to feel welcome food great bar great shuttle bus to beach but bit short time there would go back only down side the pool was being renovated after two days of using it be interesting to see it now was nice bar at pool but quite expensive overall great hotel.

The hotel has excellent in house housekeeping. Rooms are comfortable and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly including housekeeping, Mohsin, Suleman, Dawood, Bilal at check in counter are excellent and exceptional, very helpful, and polite. Security staff are very friendly and polite. The hotel has excellent restaurants and breakfast facilities. Pool and gym are great, with added family for women to have Spa, sauna . Shops and restaurants are open long hours, transport is available to the beach and mall by the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed here with my family what a lovely place it is near to all shops and we was ai the food was wonderful choice of 2 restaurants both as good as the other the service is next to none the staff so polite and helpful can’t do enough for you special mention to fairoos in reception really helpful can’t wait to book a return visit

A bit outdated furniture. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. This is a very good 3 star hotel but not 4 star.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you want to visit the city. Good for families as you are treated very friendly.
We enjoyed our stay and the surroundings, especially the proximity to several shops and the beautiful mosque. We were there during Ramadan (on purpose), so we enjoyed the atmosphere. The hotel helped us organize some excursions, and the food was good. The only downside: the bathroom sink was blocked, and the cleaning staff should have fixed it before our arrival.

Mr. Dawd was very accommodating and even surprised us with a cake for my birthday. The housekeeping team Tobin, Bibin, and Wai created a beautiful towel decoration. All the staff were wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel hoping for a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Here’s what happened during my stay:
• False fire alarm at 2AM — I had to run downstairs in a robe, only to find out it was due to someone smoking in their room. It was frightening, disruptive, and not handled well.
• Strangers opened my room door — Two men tried to enter my room while I was inside. Thankfully, I had the security latch on. The front desk told me the men didn’t speak English and thought it was their room. That excuse was unacceptable — proper ID and guest name checks should be standard.
• Constant phone calls from staff — I was repeatedly called at random hours for unnecessary reasons. It disturbed my rest, especially since I often sleep in the mornings after working late.
• Key cards kept deactivating — Every time I returned to my room, the key wouldn’t work. I later realized it wasn’t even near my phone, so the cause was clearly on their side.
• Thin walls & noise — The room was not soundproof. I could hear loud voices and what sounded like parties from other rooms. Not ideal for rest.
• Terrible food — I ordered room service . It wasn’t fresh food, and later, a staff member admitted the food wasn’t made in-house — it’s bought and reheated. Completely unacceptable for a 4-star listing.
• Overall poor service — The staff didn’t feel attentive or professional.

My first ever trip with friends to Dubai and it has been the most memorable one experienced.so much that I will return with family.. All inclusive with drinks alcohol and soft was worth paying for…..
Note not all original makes of alcohol but acceptable….

All the staff from the reception to waiters/waitresses/bar staff/ cleaners/ pool attendants/tour rep/kitchen staff/chefs were very friendly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble when asked for.

The bedroom was spacious and clean servicing daily if needed. Curtains were blackout a bonus as kept the heat out too. Note the plug was three pronged..

The chef was most helpful and happy to change any food that was too spicy or adding ingredients requested. Evening food was served up till 9-10pm so great when feeling peckish on an evening..

The Boston bar staff and waitresses were very happy and helpful ensuring a good time was had tv sets all around the bar and good music played usually entertainment was on but not on our visit but music and songs chosen played when asked for.
Rosalinie stood out for me in the Boston bar always happy to see us greeting us with a hugesmile very friendly and joining in with our sense of humour and chats. Going beyond any of my expectations thank you!!!!!!

The best hotel in Dubai by far… me and my son return back to this hotel April this year after visiting may last year. The staff at this hotel couldn’t do any more for you even if they tried. Absolutely nothing is a Chore for them. All the staff are grateful here from the cleaners to the spa/pool staff so friendly and polite.. guys don’t shoot me but the main man has got to be BEVAN… he is just the best we absolutely love this chap…! Nothing to big always ready to help any information you need its done immediately and always given with a smile and warmth. He has a lovely ora and I feel he is an asset to this hotel.!! I don’t say this lightly. Guys we will see you soon shan&kayzah ❤️
