J'ai eu plaisir à revenir dans cet ancien et charmant palais florentin, par ailleurs si bien placé.
Pros:

Situé entre le Duomo et la gare centrale et le tramway pour l'aéroport, l'emplacement est idéal.
Le personnel est prévenant et souriant.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
Dans cet ancien palais du XVIIe, les chambres ont beaucoup de charme.

Location was fabulous! The hotel staff was very professional! Gorgeous hotel with a ton of quality character!

A great base to explore the sights of Florence with friendly staff throughout.
Pros:

Excellent location under 5 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and a 2 minute walk to Duomo cathedral. Staff were extremely friendly and were amazing with our toddler. Room was a very good size with everything we needed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone vising Florence.

Emplacement idéal de l'hôtel au cœur de Florence. Accueil et service parfait. A recommander.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le personnel, les locaux et surtout l'emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence, à 300 mètres de la cathédrale. Déjeuner le matin sur la terrasse fut le premier plaisir de la journée. L'accueil à l'hôtel était parfait, à la fois très professionnel avec cette touche italienne chaleureuse et décontractée. Séjour très agréable et lieu à recommander.

Cons:

Un peu plus de place dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires.

Pros:

Great staff and service. We enjoyed the breakfast, room was comfortable and clean, very spacious with complimentary toiletries which was a lovely touch.

Cons:

We felt that the air conditioning could have been better for the 37 degrees of Florence this week!

The hotel is in easy reach of Santa Maria Novella station.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from and drinks were available from the breakfast room throughout the day.
The room and bathroom were well presented and clean.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einem alten Haus. Das Zimmer hatte ein hohe Decke, war geräumig und schön eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war mit dem Fahrstuhl nicht direkt errreichbar. Das Bad war durch eine Tür abgetrennt und gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr guten Backwaren und Obst, für den Rest (Wurst,Käse, Ei und Bauchspeck) ist einige Luft nach oben vorhanden. Wasser, Tee und Kafee war den ganzen Tag über kostenlos im Frühstücksraum erhaltlich, der über eine wunderschön bemalte Decke verfügte. Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Die Qualität des Frühstücks für den nicht typisch italienischen Teil.
