La Maison Champs Elysées

My wife just stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable, restful experience and instead encountered a situation that was completely unacceptable.

What was never disclosed prior to booking was that the hotel hosts events during fashion week that run into the early morning hours—music, crowds, and vibrations throughout the building until early AM. As a result, sleep was virtually impossible for multiple nights.

This is not an “inconvenience”—it is a complete breakdown of what a hotel is supposed to provide. If guests are effectively staying inside a nightclub environment, that must be disclosed in advance.

Equally disappointing was the way the situation was handled. While there was some acknowledgment, the response ultimately lacked accountability and failed to reflect the severity of the experience.

At best, this hotel meets a three-star standard, and even that is generous.

There are far better options in Paris—do yourself a favor and choose one of them.

We have stayed in design hotels before but in this one the room looked like 'very used' with some things a little bit worn. There was no airco which made we had to sleep in 23-27°C. If we opened the windows there was a lot of noise from the street. When we complained about this they gave us a mobile airco but for this you needed to open the window, so this was not a solution. The restaurant for breakfast is nice. The swimming pool is small. The fitness is well equipped.

They gave a person room keys to our room without even confirming their reservation. This person tried to enter our room in the middle of the night.
That’s on top of how crappy the room is with broken fixtures in the bathroom and super old room.

Very simple breakfast on offer, delicious fresh bread, a very dry and indifferent omelette and not worth the Euros 72 for two people.

From Check-in to Check-out my wife and I were very well cared for. The rooms are well appointed and kept very clean. Special thanks to Mario and Filip who personally attended all of our needs with great care and the friendliest dispositions. Top marks!

Terrible service, uneducated staff, untrained staff, phones don't work, wifi doesn't work, tv doesn't work, heat always on in the winter, restaurant staff untrained, slow, clueless, spa team, slow, untrained. Almost like a sat night live skit on a joke hotel, that has a great location but otherwise is a house of untrained horrors. front desk fights with customers and refuses to fix anything. Almost funny but property is unsafe. Pick another property. It is not a safe property to stay at.

Early January we spent 5 wonderful nights in Paris at this amazing boutique hotel. Firstly, I can't say enough about the amazing staff who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Sincere, friendly, helpful from the front office to the restaurant/bar and the housekeeping crew, remarkable service all around. Special thanks goes to Thom and Thibaut in the bar, Filip, Marco, Fred and the rest of the front office staff.
Located in the 8th arrondissement near the midpoint of the Champs Elysees the location is perfect for walking as well as near the metro. The suite, the white room, was stunning, thank you Filip, and the facilities at the hotel were all well received.
We most certainly will be back on our next trip to Paris and I promise no more leaving my mobile in a taxi 😉. Thank you all so very much again for your gracious hospitality and making our stay so memorable.
