It’s a different hotel to that which is advertised, please update your photos

The pictures are outdated it has completely changed on the inside- the communal area and lobby are completely different to what is advertised on booking.com, it’s no longer covered in white sheets like the Margiela style

There’s a homeless man that lingers outside the entrance every day I stayed there, quite off putting

They ‘upgraded me’ without asking me when I had chosen a different suite for the aesthetic of it- completely ruined my stay. And when I asked for my original room they told me it’s not possible as someone is staying there?? So much for an upgrade they clearly double booked their suites
It was clear staff are not well trained or professional to make such an error

Mysigt hotell med bra läge

Väldigt bra läge i lugnt kvarter och nära till fina butiker. Mysig restaurang och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Tyvärr ett väldigt varmt och kvavt rum. AC:n var helt avstängd denna tid på året och gick ej att slå på enligt personalen. Vi sov därför med alla fönster öppna, men hade oturen att rummet vätte mot en innergård med leveranser, sophämtning och transporter dygnet runt. Otroligt mycket ljud! Vi fick sova med hörselproppar.

I had a wonderful stay at La Maison during a two-day solo trip to Paris. Upon arrival, I was graciously upgraded to a suite, which was a delightful surprise. The room was beautiful, with a stunning bathroom, a truly heavenly soaking tub, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Opening the windows to see the Eiffel Tower was an unforgettable touch that made the stay feel even more special.

The location is excellent—both beautiful and convenient—and the staff were truly outstanding. They consistently greeted me warmly and were always happy to assist, including arranging taxis whenever needed. As a woman traveling alone, I especially appreciated the level of care, attentiveness, and sense of security they provided throughout my stay.

Yes, the hallways are painted a darker color, which you may notice mentioned in other reviews, but they are well lit and feel intentional rather than gloomy. The décor throughout the hotel is modern and avant-garde while still remaining warm and cozy. Thoughtful details, such as shelves lined with books, give the space a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Yes, I do believe they are renovating the property however, I never heard any noise.

Nice Location, boring hotel room
Pros:

The hotel is well located in a the central part of Paris. The lobby is stunning and the staff helpful. The hotel room itself was a disappointment, small (expected for Paris) but quite plain/boring with virtually no decoration/color and amenities. For 550 Euro a night a real disappointment

Fantastic Experience
Pros:

Our stay couldn't have been nicer! The location is fabulous as it sits on a quiet street which is within easy walking distance to the Champs Elysees, the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shopping and the metro station for touring all of Paris or catching a train to the airport. The hotel staff get a 10 out of 10, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And finally the room and hotel amenities were superb. Definately the hotel we shall return to on our next visit.

Best avoided hotel
Pros:

Best avoided hotel. If you are a Mariott Bonvoy premium member, you will be shocked to know they will not honour any of the privilege's, like. Upgrade, free breakfast etc.
They will hand you a 10% discount card for one of the restaurant s Frivola something, which will be always booked for parties or otherwise. That is their way of saying we give you a benefit which you did not avail.
The only free perk you might get is a 1 L Evian bottle of water.
The only thing going for the hotel is location. That is it. But otherwise best avoided.
