The hotel is well situated for the airport and the team that took care of us, Lorenzo and Sylvia were brilliant.
We checked in within 5 minutes and they arranged our taxi to collect us as requested.
The room was spacious and clean and everything worked as it should.
There is nothing we didn't like.

Petit déjeuner, parking et places de parcs sur place , propreté et coins pour les enfants
Piscine froide , et la carte du restaurant , les serveurs parlent directement en anglais et pas Italien
L’emplacement pas loin de la ville , le petit déjeuner très varier nous avons passé un super moment en famille, le personnel était vraiment gentil et à l’écoute , niveau qualité prix je pense que c’est imbattable sur Florence , une zone où il y a plein de restaurant et de magasins super sympathique, si jamais nous revenons sur Florence nous reviendrons vers ce mercure sans hésitation,
Un petit bémol c’est la douche après une douche la salle de bain est inondé d’eau ça passe par en dessous .
Les chambres sont correctes mais un peu étroites pour 4 personnes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le restaurant aussi. La piscine est appréciable également. Pour se rendre en ville, il faut avoir la voiture pour se rendre à un parking en limite de la ville et prendre le tramway soit 30-40 min.
Le restaurant est trop petit pour accueillir les clients de l'hôtel, il faut réserver à l'avance si vous voulez avoir une chance de manger sur place.
