Excellent would recommend.
Pros:

Manager was very helpful. Doesn’t speak much English, but google translate was great. Close to walking street and markets. Down alley away from main road, so peaceful and quite .

Worth every penny.
Pros:

Extremely well maintained apartment with everything you needed, the only downside was television if you wanted to catch up with what's going on in the world. Set in a lovely quiet cul de sac, owner and family Extremely friendly and attentive. Great value.

Pros:

The gentleman who checked us in spoke limited English but was absolutely lovely. Always smiling and we communicated via Google Translate.

Accom was more than enough with a fancy Japanese toilet and new Smart TV. The neighbours were a bit noisy, about a 10 min walk to Bui Vien Walking St and 20 mins to Ben Thanh. Otherwise a cheap Grab will get you to both.

My best stay in HCMC
Pros:

Truly a hidden gem for me. It’s exactly as in the pictures. The location is perfect and in the middle of d1. Since it’s in a alley you won’t hear scooters and cars late at night or early in the morning. I have had my best sleeps in this hotel. Comfy, clean and a nice host. He doesn’t speak english, but gets a 10/10 for still trying his best to make sure you have a good stay.
