Ładny hotel , ale cena zbyt wygórowana jak na jakość jaką się otrzymuje.

Najlepszym aspektem hotelu jest lokalizacja, położenie w centrum miasta bliska odległość do wszystkich atrakcji w Palermo. Hotel jest bardzo ładnie i klimatycznie urządzony na pierwszy rzut oka.

Cons:

Hotel co istotne podzielony jest na dwa budynki, dlatego jeżeli dostaniemy jeden z pokoi w drugiej kamienicy do spa, restauracji czy recepcji trzeba przechodzić ulicą (dla niektórych może być to problem). Spa jest bardzo ładne i klimatyczne, jednak bardzo małe i niedostępne przez cały czas dla gości. Możliwa jest jedynie jedna godzinna rezerwacja w ciągu dnia na pokój, co jest ogromnym minusem, ponieważ nie możesz tam spędzić tyle czasu ile chcesz. Dodatkowo w pokojowej łazience jest bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, a momentami leci jedynie zimna woda. Pokoje są bardzo ładne, ale również bardzo zaniedbane, niedomyta wanna z hydromasażem, kurz na niektórych elementach. Jeżeli chodzi o hotel w tak wysokiej cenie, oczekuje się chociaż bezpłatnej wody dla gości w pokojach a takiej brak, czy uzupełnienie zapasów kawy i herbaty po wykorzystaniu, lub papieru toaletowego.

Super professionelles und freundliches Personal, originelle Einrichtung, tolles Frühstück, kleines, aber feines Spa und sehr kompetente und freundliche Masseurin

Cons:

Im Prinzip war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber, Kleinigkeiten, wie verstopfter Abfluss des 2. Waschbeckens, fehlende Plastiktüte im Mülleimer des Badezimmers und fehlender Mülleimer im Wohnraum sollten zukünftig vielleicht beachtet werden.
