We will definetely return soon. This is the place from which to explore Palermo.
Pros:

A gem of a place in the heart of Palermo with so much charme and character. An outstanding breakfast selection and the restaurant offers a modern delicious take on Sicilian cuisine with true flair.
The spa is wonderful, too. We have had such a warm and generous welcome from all the staff, personal and at all times very cordial.

Cons:

Our shower was a little limescaled, when we arrived, but the staff fixed it immediately and there was nothing to worry about.

Lovely hotel and staff, would stay again!

Es un hotel creado y mantenido con muchas dedicación. Empleados atentos y los servicios que ofrecen son interesantes y la ubicación perfecta

Cons:

Es un hotel que no está preparado para personas con alguna discapacidad física o visual. No tiene rampas ni barras en la ducha o en el SPA, No hay pasamanos en la escaleras que son muchas de dos o tres escalones dentro del hotel. Las alfombras se deslizan. Este detalle que lo vuelve atractivo estéticamente es un problema para gente mayor o con alguna discapacidad. Dentro es bastante oscuro con poca luz natural y la artificial es escasa. Ofrece pocos lugares adonde estar leyendo o descansando: hay un pequeño living con Luz insuficiente. En el restaurante tuvimos distintas experiencias, pretencioso, de porciones pequeñas pero no por eso más gustosas que la cocina de otros restaurantes de Palermo. Por otro lado quizá por modificaciones dentro del hotel el 6 y 7 de mayo se escuchaban fuertes ruidos de obras de 93' a 16 hs. lo que no fue informado Contrasta con una experiencia en el H. Plaza de N. York donde "por si algunos pasajeros escuchaban ruidos molestos el hotel además de avisar anticipadamente sugería dos posibilidades: corar la mitad de la tarifa de esos dias o ayudar a buscar otro hotel.

Ästhetisches Boutique Hotel im Herzen Palermos.
Pros:

Wunderschönes, kleines Boutique Hotel in der Altstadt von Palermo. Das ganze Hotel ist in einem ästhetischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch und sehr modern, die Betten super bequem und es ist wirklich sauber. Das Frühstück ist, besonders für italienische Verhältnisse, sehr umfangreich und das Personal wirklich freundlich. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool im Innenhof des Hotels. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Casa Nostra ist für einen Kurztrip nach Palermo also wirklich die optimale Wahl. Wir fanden es wunderschön und würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Palermo ist immer wieder eine Reise wert!
Pros:

Besonders erwähennswert ist das außergewöhnliche Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man benötigte. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Peronal war ganz besonders zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben die Spa nicht genutzt und können daher dazu nichts bewerten. Den "Pool" hätten wir an heißen Tagen auch nicht genutzt, da er von allen Zimmern (hofseitig) einsehbar war. Störend empfanden wir die Musik, die bis tief in die Nacht lief (unser Zimmer war hofseitig). Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, aber für Palermo sehr teuer. Überdenkenswert wäre eine Lösung der Dusche.
