Locatio was great, the staff was excellent. Very clean, well lit. Breakfast was perfect.
Spa tub on patio was having issues that were never really resolved. Very tricky to operate, neusance tripping of circuit breaker and the tub kept draining by itself.

Hotel messaged me to say that due to a “technical” issue, but could not share exactly what, they had to cancel my hotel booking with just 2 days before arrival. They had no other rooms available in these,e hotel, They offered a room at a different hotel without the same facilities for the same price. I was told I would have to cancel the booking via booking.com, and then an hour later I checked and there is one room still available, but 50% more than I was going to pay……

Locatie perfect, smaakvol ingericht, attent en vriendelijk personeel, zeer goed ontbijt, sommige kamers hebben een balkon of terras en uitzicht op de stad. Uniek voor midden in Palermo oude stad is de grote patio met mini zwembad en ligstoelen! Hier komen wij weer.
