Romantisch, gezellig, authentiek hotel
Pros:

Mooi, gezellig hotel midden in de stad. Ruime kamer ( wel lawaaierig daar we aan de straatkant lagen) goede bedden.
Lekker ontbijt. Gezellige bar.
Komen zeker nog eens terug.

Cons:

Personeel was wat afstandelijk. Gratis parking is een pluspunt maar wel niet goed aangeduid en moeilijk te vinden.

We enjoyed the stay except for the things we mentioned above.
Pros:

Room was ready , staff were very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful , lots of choices and restaurateur staff were very helpful and looked after you well.

Cons:

The hotel is in the town, but was difficult to navigate to the car park which was at the back of the hotel, and you have to drive round a one way system to find. Should give customers a post code to find it, before you book and tell them to look for an arch to go through. The doors entry system to your room didn’t always work well to get into your room. We didn’t have a slip mat to put in the Bath. But on the whole we were happy with it except for things mentioned., oh and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Cons:

Finding the carpark was really difficult. My advice would be to ring ahead as the staff gave me a different postcode to that supplied by Booking .com.

Pleasant and comfortable, staff on hand to resolve issues.
Pros:

A wonderful location and the reception area, bar and restaurant are very nice. The hotel is well kept and in an amazing location if staying in Peterborough

Cons:

This has been the second time using the hotel, and on this occasion when booking a twin room, on arrival it was a double we were given. This was sorted out effectively by the gentleman on the front desk.
Also, in the bathroom the heated towel rail could not be turned off which meant the room was absolutely boiling hot!
