The hotel's location is right in the heart of the city. Friendly helpful staff that were always available to assist you. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities plus a chiller for your drinks.
Highly recommend this hotel.
Couldn't fault this hotel
Location was perfect
If we’d stayed away from city we could have got more. Eg spa better cost
Great breakfast and nice, quiet room.
Nothing.
Parking difficult to find
Room too warm, thermostat inoperative?
Great location just off the city centre.
We had as always a very nice meal in the bar . The staff are very attentive and could not fault the hotel at all. This was our 3rd stay, and we will be back.
There is nothing to moan about.
Great location for city centre and lovely internal decor in the bar particularly
Some parts felt a little run down
The room was spotless and roomy. Hotel is in the centre of town, close to shops and the theatre where we needed to be.Sandwiches were available late at night which were welcome. The breakfast was good with enough variety.
The staff were quite indifferent and uninterested in a comment I made about being let down for afternoon tea.
The shower wasn't working but a bath was available.
Comfortable bed, spacious room. Lovely bar area. Centrally located. Free parking.
Car park is tricky to find and was not well tarmacked. No plug sockets by the bedside, which was awkward for us as my partner uses an apnea machine. Expected there to be USB charging points given it was an executive room. The flush on the toilet was very weak and it took several flushes to clear.
Great. Really central and warm on a horrible rainy night.
All good.
The hotel is very nice and the bed is comfortable. Right in city center
They lock the door after midnight. Is a bit annoying
