Fairly good quality breakfast. Had to keep asking for water jugs to be filled ! .. and no one wanted to take responsibility
First of all it’s a 5 star hotel. That comes with responsibilities…The boom gate is broken. . Anyone can drive in or walk in. we had to load and push our luggage to and fro the room. The carpet in the passage had an off smell. Same in the room,we had to buy a candle to ward off the smell. The walls were unclean and clearly not painted for a while. The curtains covering the passage windows appeared tired and out of place. ..made the passage too dark!ONCE IN THE ROOM AND THE OFFISH SMELL WAS TAKEN CARE OF…COMFORT AND CLEANLINESS WAS OF SCALE 8/10.We walked around the neighborhood lots and turning left into Bethel Road was a pathway full of sewerage .Untidy. Turning left into Bethel Road is a bushy grassland that ran along the hotel boundary and should really be trimmed regularly and appropriately.
MY BIGGEST ANNOYANCE WAS NOT BEING FOREWARNED OF OCCASIONAL ELECTRICAL BLACKOUTS. THIS SHOULD BE PASTED ALL OVER THE HOTEL AND STAFF SHOULD LET US KNOW. AS IT HAPPENED LIGHTS WENT OUT ,AND FOR HOURS WE WERE IN THE DARK..WITH SCREAMING KIDS NEXT DOOR.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE HOTEL ? NO!IS THERE A GENERATOR TO KICK IN??NO!!IF THERE IS A GENERATOR DOES IT GET TESTED REGULARLY?? I DOUBT…So when I left .. the only thing I’d go back for is just the breakfast !The hotel itself struck me as a HIGHLY NEGLECTED hotel in DIRE NEED OF LOVE ..
..ATTENTION..AND MONEY
We did not have electricity for more than an hour.
Amazing place and very friendly people
The hotel was absolutely fine, the room was comfortable. I think the breakfast for an extra person could be a little cheaper, but overall everything was good. A nice place to stay.
The location was excellent
The dirty toilets at reception
The poor lights in the room not working
The unhelpful staff
The dirty room carpets
The discomfort of electricity plugs in room
The location and general facility
The rooms are dated and most of the things are not working in the room, it was such a dissapoitment.
Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers, ontbijt ook al vroeg beschikbaar
Misverstand bij aankomst over kamers, maar werd door manager goed opgelost
My airline lost my luggage when I informed the hotel staff they offered to fetch it from the Airport through their shuttle. When I came back from my conference in the evening, I found my luggage in the hotel - what an excellent experience
Except for forgetting to pick me up from the airport, not having any information about my colleagues, and the fact that I requested early check-in, there's not much to dislike.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper were great, Location excellent for where my customers are.
Can't say I disliked anything
