Well lets start with the fact that the hotel's policy of collecting more money via POS terminal by applying a higher exchange rate. It is called Dynamic Currency Conversion. We paid 55 euros more then the regular price, nobody informed us. I also wrote to the hotel, they didn t bother to answer.
Nobody informed me about that, but they have a tips box, they expected to use it, without a minimum information from them. The DCC I consider is a robbery for a 4 star hotel.
Not recomand this hotel.

Muy bello lugar y habitaciones
La atención de un chico en recepción muy amable, en todo momento atento, pudimos dejar las maletas mientras visitamos la ciudad, bufet aceptable para bien, hotél aparentemente moderno en la recepción, las habitaciones son antíguas y decoración barata de ikea, se le puede caer una o dos estrellas perfectamente.
La atención de la persona que repartía las habitaciones, un poco borde, por otra parte unos baños sin reformar, con la bañera alta que puede uno caerse y matarse, la ducha suelta, todo viejo, habitación demasiada grande, cama pequeña el sumier más grande que el colchón, pagamos por una niña de 12 años como un adulto y le pusieron un sofá cama abierto que me tocó domir a mí y lo pasé fatal, porque la niña decía que ahí no dormía, era muy incómodo, solicitamos cambio pero nos dijero que eso es lo que ponían. Bufet de desayuno aceptable pero no para cobrarlo por lo que costó, me costó 285€ una noche los tres con desayuno incluido. Se vende porque está cerca de Atocha y está bastante lejos para coger el metro, no lo esperen cerca ni mucho menos.
