The room was incredible.
Staff was helpful
Heat went out we had to be moved to a different floor and room next morning the heat and hot water stop working.
The place was clean and rooms were nice and big.
Check in time is listed wrong so we couldn’t check in until after 4.

The furniture was cheap, lots of chipping of the fake wood on the bed, bathroom vanity, night stands and table. The king guest room has a picture of a couch in the room online. Our room only had a chair about a quarter of the size of a couch. Sticky residue inside bathroom drawers. Some kind of spatter marks on the baseboard on the bed. The drywall looks like it’s been repaired by a blind man. I expected better at this price range. I asked the staff to break down the bill at the end of the stay and they could not give a clear explanation. Overall not a bad experience but, I would of choose differently retrospectively.
The nicest and roomiest room I have been to in an Autograph Collection. Just need to ask for extra bath towels and there is no luggage rack or note pad.

Spacious sized room, beautiful decor. A little bit of noise inside and outside during the night. The mattress had comfort and cleanliness issues. The reception and housekeeping staff was great and Lori the parking valet was outstanding. She deserves a promotion!

We stayed here for my birthday and this place has such a lovely atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, they are super accommodating for those in wheelchairs, and the staff is top notch. Loni and Avery were extremely helpful and great to have a conversation with while waiting and loading our car. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Wisconsin!
