Beer bottle at the entrance never got cleaned up.
A brown bag at 3 floor foyer on top of counter left fir more than 20 hour someone left their trash. food odor bad.

Never staying at your hotel again!
Pros:

We like the TIKI Bar on the roof. The room was nice. The couch was was uncomfortable and basically useless to sit in.

Cons:

I left my polar fleece jacket in the closet. We checked out at 1100 am. I called the the front desk when we got home to report that I had left my jacket - about 500 pm. Front Desk transferred me to Housekeeping. I left a message. No one called me back. I called the next day and asked about my jacket. No answer. I called a 3rd time and ask to speak to a manager. Manager was not there, but was supposed to call me back. Guess what - no one called me back. So basically, housekeeping stoled my jacket and the front desk, manager, etc. didnt bother to call me back, offer an explanation, or offer some type of compensation. I will never stay at your hotel again
