Frustrating
Pros:

The location was superb - if you could remove the huge hotel 100 yards away which blared crass disco music until 12.30am. This may have been a one off event, but as we only stayed one night in preparation for a 5am airport transfer it was rather disappointing.

Cons:

Soundproofing! The cheesy thumpy-thumpy 'music' sounded like it was in the room. We wanted to listen to the waves laping on the shore! Ha!

Outstanding service and great location for both personal and business related remote-work purposes.
Pros:

The hotel has minimal and stylish decor. Spotless cleaning. Large and very pleasant outdoor spaces. The staff is very kind, professional and helpful. The view is extraordinary. Very good stay for both business and personal purposes. The town is so pretty and blessed with natural beauty. The hotel has its own access to the beach, which makes the experience more delightful.

Pros:

Es gibt wirklich fast nichts zu meckern. Staff ist sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung hat alles was man benötigt.
Das Restaurant ist sehr gut.
Die Lage ist für Leute die in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchten einfach perfekt, keine Party-Meile sondern eher stilvoll. Das Meer/ die Bucht ist toll.
Wir waren das 2. Mal hier im Diplomat und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Marissa - she is fab and the face of the Diplomat - the apartments we were in were also fab
Pros:

The location for breakfast was great - staff all friendly and very efficient - food amazing!
Marissa 9on reception was absolutely fantastic! She was messaging me weeks before the holiday as I had to change rooms etc and she was on hand all the time we were there

Overpriced mediocre hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very expensive for what it offers. Rooms are small and in need of renovation. Beach area had limited loungers so we decided to go to the pool. This is located down the road near the apartments. Pool is small with no scenic views. Reminded me of a budget motel in USA. Overall we felt we were slumming it, but this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at and by far the least luxurious. I wish I had stayed somewhere else and won’t be returning.
