I hope we have an opportunity to stay here again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for walking, staff was efficient and friendly, the wine reception in the cozy lobby was fun, and the bedtime cookies were a nice touch. The breakfast, brought to the room, was very good, as was the coffee, which was always fresh and available.

Cons:

There were no negatives.

I’m glad I chose this property to stay at. Well worth it.
Pros:

Great location with a water view. Beautiful property. Free breakfast that can be brought to your room or delivered someplace else. Cocktail time when you arrive snd milk and cookies at night. Valet parking was great.

Cons:

It’s not just this property but all of Charleston. It’s expensive.

Had an awesome first visit to Charleston!
Pros:

Breakfast was great and having it brought by room service was even better. All the staff was incredible and helping us maneuver Charleston with recommendations. Room was super comfy with all amenities.

Cons:

Construction off our balcony was a little annoying, but obviously could not be helped.

Cons:

Daily valet rate is high! A flat rate for stays would be better. Also having cocktails available for those who do not drink alcohol would make the daily wine and cheese hour more inclusive

Having breakfast delivered to the room each morning was wonderful. Made the morning relaxing and more like we were on vacation. Room service, valet, house keeping and front desk staff were all attentive. Valet staff were especially personable and helpful. Wine hour and evening milk and cookies were nice touches.

Cons:

The bed matteras was softer than we like. That is our only negative comment.

High quality Southern hospitality in a great location

The location was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly the roof terrace for breakfast was so nice and early evening complementary wine and snacks were an added bonus
