Overall, after visiting this property and aware of everything, I would stay at this property.
Pros:

The breakfast was good - Sausages, eggs and pancakes, cereal, juice, coffee and tea was available. Room and common grounds were clean. The pool area was nice as well as the pool.

Cons:

You will need a car to get to the beach. Staff is not always available to assist with calling a cab. Cabs take awhile to arrive, about 20 minutes. There is no Uber or Uber Eats. Nothing is walking distance except for a couple of local restaurants/eateries. The staff is not always in the office when needed, they tend to disappear and you have to look for them. No one speaks or understands English luckily I speak a little Spanish.

Pros:

Muy lindo hospedaje. La pileta muy buena, al igual que la limpieza de las habitaciones. Todo cumplido.

Cons:

La ubicación no es muy conveniente para estar a pie. Pero con taxi que no era muy caro o auto alquilado se soluciona.
