El hotel nos gustó mucho, es tal cual las fotos que están en la publicación, el lugar muy limpio, bonito y bien cuidado. El desayuno excelente, variado.
La atención de la persona de la recepción, el horario para la entrega de la habitación y los horarios para desayunar ya que comienzan a las 8 am pero la mayoría de los tours lo recogen a uno en el hotel a las 7:30 am por lo que ese día no puedes desayunar en el hotel.
Sitio bastante acogedor, muy tranquilo.
Piscina bien, con reposeras y mesas techadas. desayuno discreto, deberia ser mas amplio el desayunador. La ubicacion esta bien si se cuenta con vehiculo
debería tener al menos alguna expendedora de bebidas y snacks, ya que no cuenta con una barra

La atención muy pero muy amables y hasta me celebraron mi cumple me sentí muy especial. Desayuno rico aseo total parking no todo muy bien.
Una luz del segundo piso que iluminabs toda la habitación y a mi me gusta la oscuridad para dormir.

Buena limpieza. Desayuno acorde al precio. Buena pile. Cama súper cómoda.
Cortinas, entraba mucho sol a la mañana temprano. Los utensilios de cocina eran muy precarios? Cuchillos que no cortaban nada. Las hornallas no funcionaban bien. Eran súper bajitas, tardábamos 1 hora en hervir agua y ni hablar de cocinar.
Lo esperaba
La idea del viaje era celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija y pedi al hotel que me ayudaran con una torta y decoración y no lo hicieron

I didn’t like the fact that Booking.com never notified me about the amenities being unusable at the Coconut Inn for example, the pool was totally tore apart. When we arrived. The breakfast was the same food all week long there was very little variation, we had to ask for towels every day. They would take our bath towels, but never leave face towels or bath towels after they clean the room we had to search out someone to help us every day. Finally, the last day they gave us some towels SMH the girls there are absolutely wonderful very sweet very accommodating, however, I was very upset about not being informed about the pool. Had I known I would’ve made other arrangements to stay somewhere else.
