The safety in neighborhood
Someone took two items from my luggage that I tried to reach out to property and see if they could look into it but no response. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone e and especially of you have expensive clothes. A very expensive romper was taken from me and my international transformer

The rooms, accommodations, the food, the staff were all wonderful ! Also, it is down the street from the Vatican which was perfect as practicing Catholics to experience waking up to the Vatican was amazing surreal experience.

كنت مضطراً لحجز فندق بسرعه لأحد عملائي في لحظه وصوله لمشاكل رحلات الطيران و تغيير الرحلات و لم يكن الوقت يسعف لحجز عن طريق الطرق المعتادة لمنظمي رحلات السفر, و حسب خبره سابقة في الفندق و مكانه قرب الاماكن الاثريه و الفاتيكان و اتساع الغرف و كل ذلك, حجزت فيه للعميل في اول ايامه لشهر العسل, الخدمه كانت رائعه التواصل مع الطاقم كان مميز, طلبت منهم تجهيز هدايا و استقبال للعرسان و كان اكثر من رائع و التجاوب سريع حتى طريقه الدفع المباشر كانت مميزه, كنت سابقا من نزلاء هذا الفندق و الان انصح عملائي به,
فقط يبعد عن المنطقه التاريخيه و السلالم الاسبانيه و بعض المناطق مسافه مشي بين 15 دقيقه حتى 30 دقيقه, يجب الاحتراز و التنبه لذلك لكن يبعد عن الفاتيكان قرابه 10 دقائق مشي, الانتباه لأوقات الذروة في الحجوزات و الزيارات الدينيه حتى تجنب الازدحام.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren trotz vorheriger Ankündigung in Bezug auf Allergene schlecht geschult, entsprechende Produkte (Margarine, veganer Joghurt oder Aufstriche) nicht vorhanden (war in Rom bei Hotels mit weniger Sternen bisher kein Problem) und die vorhanden Schilder mit Allergenen leider den Speisen nur uneindeutig zugeordet, so dass ich immer fragen musste, welches Schild zu welchem Produkt gehört. Oft fehlten Schilder auch ganz.
Bei einem akuten Notfall musste ich feststellen, das selbst an der Rezeption kein Erste Hilfe Set zu bekommen war, so dass ich blutig ins Zimmer musste.

Location was excellent near the Vatican City and the room was spacious. Very good phonic isolation so we could have silence in resting moments. It is an elegant hotel and the staff was helpful when we needed. The breakfast was decent with a lot of pastries and bakery products, fruits and cold and hot dishes. The " espresso" coffee was surprisingly absent and that must be corrected.
It was clean and had a good breakfast. Walk to the Vatican and neighborhood restaurants.
The price was too high and the views of St Peter’s are misrepresented in the hotel photos provided.
