快適に過ごせました。ありがとう！
Pros:

バチカンを中心に回られる方にはロケーションもよく、ホテルのサービス、設備グレードも良いと思います。今回、テラス付きの部屋を取りましたが、部屋の大きさも十分で、マットレスが硬かったので、ベッドパッドをお願いするとすぐに手配設置してくれました。スタッフの対応もよく、バチカン近辺ホテルでこの五年間で４つ別々なホテルに泊まりましたが、ここが一番よかったと思います。スタッフの皆さん　ご対応ありがとうございました。

Cons:

値段はそれなりなのと、バチカン以外に移動される方は、Uberを利用するなど、対応が必要かと。最寄りの地下鉄駅のOttavianoまでは徒歩で15分程度かかります。一般謁見や、サン・ピエトロ寺院入場やドーム登りなど、朝早くバチカンで行動することが必要な方にとっては、便利ですが、その他観光地にはやや不便かもしれません。アメリカなどの団体ツアーがよく利用されるみたいですが、年齢の高い方が多いこともあり、皆さん落ち着いていて気になりませんでした。

Cons:

Not enough options for breakfast. Housekeeping not leaving enough essentials after cleaning unless you have to ring reception. Eg no milk left ☹️

Ogólnie bardzo jestem zadowolona z wyboru tego hotelu.
Pros:

Bardzo elegancji i czysty hotel, wygodne pokoje. Obsługa w recepcji jak również przechowalnią bagażu bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja super!

Cons:

Obsługa przy śniadaniach sprawia wrażenie jakby pracowali za karę.

un hotel dans un quartier calme, mais un peu décevant
Pros:

l'emplacement proche de la place St Pierre. Le choix très large du petit-déjeuner qui conviendra à tous les gouts. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages le matin avant de prendre notre chambre dans l'après-midi. la gentillesse du personnel qui s'en est occupé. Bon matelas. Belle décoration dans l’hôtel. La bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. La proximité de la gare qui permet de retourner à l'aéroport facilement.

Cons:

l'accueil très froid de tout le personnel à la réception. Nous avons eu affaire à eux à 2 reprises à notre arrivée, et ensuite à notre départ, pas un sourire, pas un "bienvenue", pas une seule explication sur le wifi, sur les horaires de petit-déjeuner, sur les possibilités de diner le soir à l’hôtel ou encore sur les infrastructures ou facilités de l’hôtel. Et au départ, un aurevoir, merci d'avoir choisi notre hôtel, bon voyage ... seraient de trop...
Les oreillers, tout plats, une catastrophe; pour un 4* c'est juste inacceptable. le minimum serait au moins de mettre 2 oreillers d'épaisseurs différentes. Et qu'on ne me dise pas qu'il fallait demander un autre oreiller à la réception, ce n'est pas professionnel comme principe, quand on est en pyjama et qu'on se couche, on ne va pas descendre demander un oreiller valable.
Le café du petit déjeuner, vraiment mauvais. Nous avions demandé au serveur un café, et il nous a redirigé vers le thermos. il a fallu qu'on lui dise que ce n'était pas du café pour qu'il accepte de nous en servir un vrai. Pour un 4*, il me semble incompréhensible de ne pas avoir un café de qualité.
Même chose dans la chambre, des sachets de café médiocres.
L'insonorisation, on a été réveillé à plusieurs reprise par les voisins du dessus, ou le bruit dans le couloir, on entendait les voisins dans leur chambre.
