A wonderful stay with excellent food, friendly staff, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, with comfortable and well-maintained rooms in a beautiful location. The food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike with the is property. We will be definitely back again.

A most enjoyable two days in Caseys
Pros:

The staff were most helpful and thoughtful. The ambience at Caseys is relaxed, welcoming, and friendly. Wonderful homemade raspberry jam!! The bar is old style and ends itself to a good sing song. Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The short walk from the hotel into Baltimore is on a busy dangerous road without a footpath and is a deterrent to popping into Baltimore.

Lovely place to relax in West Cork
Pros:

The complimentary scone and coffee on arrival was a nice touch
The girl on the desk was v organised and the booklet of nearby walks was very informative.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett. Die Aussicht war schön (den Friedhof haben wir ausgeblendet).
Das Zimmer war sehr groß.
Das Essen können wir nur empfehlen und das Frühstück war das Beste, was wir nach einer Woche in Irland genießen durften.

Cons:

Die Klaviermusik im Restaurant hat sich ständig wiederholt. Da hätten wir uns Abwechslung gewünscht.

WHAT GOOD HOSPITALITY IS ALL ABOUT - GREAT PLACE TO STAY, DRINK AND EAT!
Pros:

This was our first stay here but wont be our last! Run by a family for many years you can tell they pour their heart and soul into looking after their guests. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, room was brilliant with an amazing view and food in restaurant and breakfast was excellent. The bar is also very atmospheric and authentically Irish! It's a short walk into the lovely little town of Baltimore with good bars and it's a good place to base yourself to roam around the area.

Cons:

Wish we'd stayed a little longer!
