Parfait!!!
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnelle, on sais tout visiter à pieds.
Le personnel est tout aussi exceptionnel , gentil, aimable et parlant le français.
Très bonne literie et l’hôtel est très propre

Cons:

Le seul petit point négatif c’est le jus au petit déjeuner mais j’en ai parlé à la réception et ils sont en train de chercher quelque chose de mieux

Comfortable stay and attentive staff
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. We dropped our bags off before check in and when we returned, they had taken them to our rooms already and had the aircon running to cool down the rooms. Beds were comfy. The location has a few bus stops outside and is near Roma Termini. However the path from Roma Termini to the hotel is rocky with cobblestones. So beware of you have more than one rolling luggage bag per person. Breakfast is sufficient.

Cons:

The bathroom shower had a missing shower panel so water could splash onto the floor The twin bed room is much smaller than expected and struggled to find decent space for luggage bags. I got bitten by mosquitoes about once a night so be prepared.

the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient.

Cons:

The room was of average size, but the furniture and overall interior felt quite outdated, and some of the fixtures did not function properly. One night, the bathroom door suddenly got stuck and we had a hard time opening it, which caused significant inconvenience. The cleanliness was also below expectations and could definitely be improved. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. However, based on the photos on Booking.com, I had expected the hotel to be in much better condition than it actually was. Overall, the reality did not quite match the impression given by the photos.

Séjour parfait pour notre lune de miel : accueil chaleureux, prosecco offert, personnel attentionné
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel Borromeo en août à l’occasion de notre lune de miel, et ce fut une expérience absolument merveilleuse.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et une attention sincère. Le personnel, toujours souriant et disponible, a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Une bouteille de prosecco nous a été offerte pour célébrer notre lune de miel, un geste délicat que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité, servi sur une terrasse magnifique qui offre un cadre vraiment unique pour commencer la journée.
Nous gardons un souvenir précieux de notre passage à Rome grâce à l’atmosphère chaleureuse de l’hôtel et au professionnalisme de toute l’équipe.
Un grand merci à l’Hôtel Borromeo pour avoir contribué à rendre notre lune de miel inoubliable.
