Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de Termini y de l centro turístico. Bien comunicado en metro. Las instalaciones muy bien, limpias y cómodas. El personal muy atento y educado en todo momento. El desayuno tipo buffet correctisimo para empezar el día. Si volvemos a Roma repetiremos.

Complessivamente accettabile, ma non tornerò

Colazione più che soddisfacente, posizione vicina alla stazione termini e a piazza Venezia, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Pulizie pessime, con molta polvere dietro ai mobili.
Cavo TV rotto.
Camera non rifatta per due mattine.

Very convenient location, great staff. I wouldn’t go for the single room if I stayed again and I wouldn’t include breakf

Trato amable y profesional
Pros:

El trato de su personal: Gino, Víctor, Lorenzo y resto de personal que no recuerdo sus nombres, todos muy amables y profesionales.
Muchas gracias es un lujo tener este personal a tu disposición.

Super séjour au calme et idéalement placé pour découvrir Rome !
Pros:

Emplacement au top (10 min du Colisée et proche gare) ! Chambre calme et petit-déjeuner super copieux. L'équipe est géniale et parle français, un vrai plus ! On est à côté de tout pour visiter, c'est très pratique.

Cons:

Juste le matelas un peu trop mou à mon goût, mais c'est personnel. Sinon, la propreté est irréprochable.

El hotel está muy ubicado. Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El desayuno también estaba bastante bien.
Además, el personal es súper amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa y muy profesional en todo momento. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva.
