Pros:

Ihr hat einfach alles gestimmt der Service war sehr gut ist Personal extrem freundlich und die Lage ruhig man konnte nachts gut schlafen und auf die Luft ist in der Umgebung sehr sauber das macht das alles zu einem optimalen Paket für Reisende Touristen und auch ganz normale Leute die einen kurzurlaub buchen möchten das Hotel bietet viele Freizeit und beschäftigungsaktivitäten nebenbei außerdem ein großes parkhaus

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine erforderliche Reparatur im Bad wurde zügig erledigt. Die Küche, Frühstück sowie Bistro und Restaurant sind hervorragend. Ich war dort mit meinem Rollstuhl und es ist überall barrierefrei. Auch mit Hund geht es gut, er durfte sogar mit zum Frühstück und ins Restaurant. Rundum sind kleine Gassigänge gut möglich.

Cons:

Sonntag ist das Restaurant geschlossen und auch das Bistro kann nur sehr wenig essbares anbieten. Im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Hotel hat mit Auto eine gute Lage - ist sauber - das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe und ist gut ausgestattet.
Das Personal ist sehr nett.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Verwandtenbesuch, das war das Entscheidende.
Pros:

Die Lage im Industriegebiet muss man mögen, uns egal, war Verwandtenbesuch. Oberursel selbst hat eine schöne Altstadt.

Cons:

Wir hatten schon frühzeitig während dem Nächtigen Juckreiz, geflogen ist nichts im Zimmer (z.B. Stechmücken), wir vermuten Bettwanzen, oder ähnliches. Insektengift haben wir uns im Supermarkt besorgt. Hoffentlich kriegen die das in den Griff. Quietschende Räder können vom Reinigungspersonalmaterialwagen oder von Hotelgastkoffern gekommen sein. Man weis es nicht. Das Parkhaus ist weiterhin für jeden zugängig, da möchte ich kein hochwertiges Fahrzeug abstellen.
