The best hotel in Rome
Pros:

During my stay, I felt like a VIP. The staff was lovely and very considerate. Anything you need, they would get for you. They helped me order flowers for my fiance and got them delivered to the room as a surprise for her birthday.
The food and cocktails in the restaurant were amazing. The breakfast was top notch as well - anything you could think of was included, for any taste.

Cons:

Nothing really. There was a minor issue which was settled and compensated quickly, which really exceeded my expectations.
That's how you know you are dealing with a really well run business, that wants to see each guest come back again for more.

El interior sorprende con respecto a su apariencia externa, amplitud, comodidad, y modernidad sin excentricidad. Lo mejor de mi visita a Roma en esta ocasión ha sido el hotel, y por supuesto el personal.

Cons:

Dos ascensores parece insuficiente para el volumen de hospedados que tienen. Aunque había pagado previamente, me sorprendió el cobro de 60 euros al irme.

Roman holiday
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in Monti, where I have never stayed before after many visits to Roma over the years. It was an interesting neighborhood. Good location if you are planning on spending some time seeing ancient Roma. I loved everything about the hotel, but especially the service. Every person, from the manager to the housekeeping people, were gracious and pleasant. I had a suite on the top floor overlooking Via Cavour and it was elegant and very comfortable.

The location is excellent, and the reception staff were polite . What I didn't like about the hotel was the cleaning service; they only made the beds and didn't actually clean the rooms. They started work at 9:00 AM, and you can hear them talking loud . One night, the fire alarm ring , and we went downstairs and waited for 10 minutes. After that, one of the guest told us to go back to our rooms. Strangely, none of the staff were there to explain for us what going on . The next day, the water heater was broken in the hotel, and we weren't informed. They simply stated that the problem was only in our rooms. the breakfast, was very basic.

INSTALACIONES A ESTRENAR Y SERVICIO EXCEPCIONAL
Pros:

Ubicación excepcional, a tiro de piedra del Coliseo.
Habitación e instalaciones a estrenar. Reciente reforma y está todo super nuevo.
Transfer: Desde recepción me organizaron los transfers desde/hacia el aeropuerto y fueron perfectos. El chófer muy amable y puntual. Desde recepción también nos reservaron restaurante en el barrio de Trastevere y fue toda una experiencia gastronómica.

Cons:

Desayuno: Quizás más pensado para público americano que español. Solo había café americano y leche fría y no había zumo de naranja (justo lo que tomo para desayunar), pero de todo lo demás muy completo.
