Amazing hotel and and wonderful staff!
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel ! It was my second visit, and all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially Chrisdeth on reception who even remembered me from last year. Her professionalism and warm welcome is outstanding. Vincenzo in the bar ,and also for breakfast was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and they left a gift for my birthday! The breakfast was delicious and there was so many options to choose from. The Coleseum is just a short walk away and lots of great restaurants close by . I would highly recommend this fabulous hotel, and I can't wait to return. Thank you to everyone at the Grand hotel Palatino!

Dobry hotel w świetnej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Wszystko bez zarzutu :) Pokój sprzątany 2x dziennie, dostaliśmy upominek do hotelu, łazienka była duża, śniadanie smaczne

Cons:

Brakowało dań typu omlet do zamówienie na świeżo. Jedzenie było tylko w podgrzewaczach.

Tutto perfetto. Dalla cordialità ed attenzione del personale, alla posizione centralissima a due passi dal Colosseo, all'ottima e abbondante colazione, alla pulizia ed insonorizzazione delle camere. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo gradito, come omaggio di benvenuto, un buonissimo cioccolato bianco e fondente. Dovendo partecipare alla Roma-Ostia Halfmarathon abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che la colazione fosse servita già dalle ore 6.30 e che la camera potesse essere riconsegnata alle ore 13.00. Torneremo sicuramente.

An excellent hotel — there is no doubt that we will return.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a beautiful and picturesque area, with many restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel staff is very kind and helpful, doing everything they can to assist when needed. The breakfast is excellent, and the atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and enjoyable for a stay. There is no doubt that we will return.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great room size and furnishings, excellent breakfast, good location.
Pros:

I would rate the room excellent, good size, clean and comfortable, except it was difficult to get warm water in our shower?
The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. A Great way to start the day.
Great location, within walking distance to the colosseum.
Door man was very helpful
Good outside cafe/pizzeria next door.

Cons:

We found the HVAC system and the shower hot water difficult to operate. No hot water?

La posizione top. L'albergo nuovo. La colazione da urlo

Cons:

La domotica in camera incomprensibile. Lampadine della posizione letto rotta. Luce in bagno della doccia rotta. Inoltre, non si sgrida il personale di fronte ai clienti, ci sono gli uffici e i momenti adeguati. Inoltre un giorno non mi hanno pulito la camera, si son dimenticati, con questi prezzi non ci si dimentica

Great place!
Pros:

Clean, friendly, helpful and breakfast was well worth the extra fee. I would stay there again!

Cons:

I would say the only downside would be the dinner restaurant. Most expensive meal while in Rome and least impressive. Wait staff was great! Food not so much.

Good hotel but expensive
Pros:

Staff, breakfast, clean, facilities. We got an upgrade. All is new, in very good condition..

Stairs at the entrance, ramp will be useful.
