A fabulous hotel very centrally located. Wonderful staff always willing to help
Pros:

Breakfast was typically European. Lots of choice and plenty of it.

Cons:

The coffee wasn’t the best - personally I found it too weak. On two days of our stay, there were no cups available and I had to ask for them. One of the machines needed cleaning and therefore wasn’t working. Paper cups were next to the machines which looks poor when the hotel is trying to achieve a 5 star rating.

We were fortunate enough to be given a newly renovated room which was stunning. A couple of things let it down. On two occasions I had to ask for toilet paper as they left us with a minimal amount, we had a turn down service on one night only, where we were left a bottle of water each. The other 3 nights I had to request the water and it was brought to our room. The rooms are extremely warm with no air conditioning. The windows open but the street noise was extremely noisy so leaving the windows open over night wasn’t an option. I also noticed our bed sheets had a hole in them - minimal issue but again for a hotel trying to get a 5 star rating, this shouldn’t have happened. The ongoing building works did cause some noise early morning at breakfast but we took it in our stride. It never woke us and it was always complete by the time we returned to our room later in the day. The gym is great and had everything my son needed to continue his training whilst we were away. This is a fabulous hotel that I would hesitate in recommending. We will definitely return.

Pros:

Camera confortevole e pulita, colazione di gran qualità e varietà, posizione ottima, personale addetto alla colazione molto disponibile e cortese.

Cons:

La struttura non ha un proprio parcheggio, a differenza di quanto desumibile dai servizi dichiarati su booking. Si limita ad indicare un parcheggio privato "in zona", il che ha significato per noi 1,2km a piedi per raggiungere un parcheggio non convenzionato. Ivece di pagare 45€/notte, come indicato su booking, abbiamo pagato 55€/notte.

It’s good. But it would be perfect if the AC is on.
Pros:

Clean, modern, big room. Comfort super king size bed.

Cons:

The AC wasn’t on, so it’s hot inside the room. I had to open the window to get the fresh air and cool wind from outside.

Excellent hotel in a great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel - ideal location for exploring the sites being a short walk from the Colosseum and Pallatine Hill. Metro stop also close by. The room was excellent - very comfortable and clean. They were doing some work to improve facilities including a new bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing - will be even better when new bar opens.

Pros:

This hotel had me contemplating staying in bed and skipping exploring Rome it was so lovely! The rooms are so we'll appointed, the shower was amazing and all the little touches made it feel like home. The staff are top notch!

Cons:

Шел ремонт видимо. Электричество отключалось и было прохладно в номере. У нас был стандартный, но дали улучшенный делюкс без доплаты🙂
