De ligging van het hotel is top!

Cons:

Kamers waren niet schoon, personeel was niet wat je verwacht in een hotel (je werkt immers in de hospitality branche), brandalarm ging zomaar af midden in de nacht waardoor mijn zoontje vanaf dat moment wat angstig was en slecht sliep.

Definitely recommend, would book again.
Pros:

Everything! Staff , location, cleanliness , very relaxed environment , everywhere was spotless , the beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was lovely fresh and hot ! And super cute the staff put Manchester fudge with a birthday note for my husband in our room x

Disappointing
Pros:

The bed was great, she size of the room was ok. It was great because we arrived early and the room was ready. There was an HDMI cable that was suppose to allow to connect the Laptop or a Amazon stick to the telly but wasn't working

Cons:

The bathtub wasn't the best as the shower didn't detach from the wall, on the second day we returned after 5pm to the room and it hadn't been serviced yet, on the second night the fire alarm went of in the hotel after midnight so we all had to leave the rooms and went out in the rain, I couldn't return to sleep until 4am. I would expect some hot drinks to be offer in returning to the hotel or complimentary breakfast on Sunday morning, but nothing.
