Cons:

I stayed at Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. There is no parking available, which was quite inconvenient. The building itself feels old and not well maintained. The room was very humid and didn’t feel fresh or comfortable at all. Overall, not the standard I was expecting.

Maintains an excellent standard in terms of cleanliness, dining options and value for money.
Pros:

I have stayed many times and will continue to stay in the future. The standard is first class and has been consistent over time. The location is ideal for concerts at the Bridgewater Hall, as its a minutes walk from the front door of the hotel.

Cons:

Everything was as expected and I have no negative comment.

We had pleasant stay in Manchester. We were close to all amenities and we had a very nice breakfast
Pros:

Staff were pleasant. Hotel was clean and we had a peaceful stat

Cons:

Bath with a shower curtain. Water left in the kettle.

A functional room
Pros:

The Leonardo offers a clean, functional, reasonably spacious room. It is very well located for a walk to the Manchester Central Convention Complex. It's a 17 minute walk from Piccadilly, and 9 minutes from St Peters Square. I have stayed in this chain before - it's a step above Premier Inn. The staff let me in to my room a bit earlier than the scheduled 3pm check in which I really appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing struck me as odd or unpleasant - it's a little soulless, but that's just the nature of these corporate chains.

Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Bathroom very dated and not very clean. Lots of hair in the bath including lots down the plug hole. Put us off of having a shower. Only stayed for one night so couldn't be bothered to raise complaint.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and the coffee was good

We encountered a small problem with the room. However we rang down to reception and the issue was sorted quickly with no further problems
