Clean tidy room and helpful staff.
Pros:

I stayed here a couple of nights whilst in Manchester on business.

Check in was easy with staff being very helpful and friendly.
My room was good, not necessarily big but clean and tidy. The air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot.

The breakfast selection was ok, pretty standard for this class of hotel.
Although on the second day I came down at start of service and hot food wasn’t ready for a fair bit.

Checkout was smooth, and I was able to leave my bag there whilst at a meeting.

Overall, a decent hotel I’d happily stay in again if in Manchester.

Absolutely awful we checked out before 7:30am and went home.

Rude reception staff
Incompetent breakfast staff - we paid at reception for breakfast and had our receipt and the person checking people in to breakfast said your not on the list. We had to insist that she let us have breakfast after paying £14 each and having a receipt. She reluctantly agreed as there were people queueing behind us and it was holding them up.

Rooms are very small and you can hear every noise from the room above. Could do with a big overhead light as there isn’t a lot of light on the dressing table when trying to get ready.
