I didn't have breakfast. Location very good
Batteries in remote dead. Missed one night tv. No soap in the dispenser for a shower. Ceiling light gone, had to shave in the main room. First 2 rectified. No problem.

The bed was uncomfortable. Decorating was bad. Cheep coffee. No toilet brush to clean the toilet

The location was handy
Booked a sea view but the windows had that much condensation you couldn't see it. Also no shower/hair gel in the bathroom. No plug sockets near the bed so couldn't plug CPAP machine in.
Paid for early check-in but our friends who we arrived with didn't and they were ok to check in early so I asked why I should pay and they weren't helpful at all.
Would also have liked to know I could have parked free instead of paying for the pay and display next to the hotel.
Reception staff were lovely
There we coffee stains on the wall near the dresser, the bin wasn't emptied there was a banana peel in the bin with some clothes tags and there was strands of hair on the bed side tables, with it being a Friday night there were guests coming in from nights out banging doors and shouting at each other , which you can't control so should use ear plugs next time
Friendly staff, nice room, the shower unit functioned perfectly. Overall a great stay.
The location.
There was no lift in operation and we were not notified before. I had 4 suitcase, and travelled with my foster son (6 years old). The staff advised they would help us as we were based on the top floor. They never helped. The bar closed during the day and we were unable to get drinks. Short some up - we would never stay here again.

Room with a veiw !! .... I got a brick wall from my window. Shower couldn't control temperature properly and fround our room with dirty socks and other items under the bed because I drop my phone !!

Only soap in room only 1 coffee and tea bag in room but collected from reception also woken up at 6 am heater or fan started up outside our window??
I loved the accessibility of the location, right opposite a tram stop. The room was spacious, clean, cool and airy.
We couldn’t look out the windows as they were frosted which my son loves to do. One window was broken so I couldn’t close it over when it got cold. How noisy and inconsiderate some guests were. I had my 5 year old with me and it was between the hours of 10-3am, they were shouting in the corridor, playing loud music, screeching and banging. I couldn’t leave the room to complain to reception so I didn’t get any sleep and my son was disturbed 4 times. He has autism so his sleep is important
