Beautiful view from the lounge with great access to tram facilities. Bedroom was large and spacious
Unfortunately its very basic and dated. Shower over the bath which did not work very well was not able to use had to use bath instead. Curtains were hanging off the rail which would be an easy fix however was too high for me to fix.

I did like the sea view was nice
I have stayed there many times and never had a problem but both nights we did stay there we had hardly no sleep until around midnight constant noise from a group of kids who was staying at the hotel running around banging on our door being a abslalout nusence when we was trying to get to sleep we did ring reception with no help at all don't think I'll be staying there again but if I do I will be calling this time to make sure there is no groups of kids staying there ! The evening meals wasn't that good this time but breakfast as always was very nice
Lovely quiet hotel, booked on the morning for an impromptu 1 night stay and ended up with a sea view room which i was not expecting! Beds very comfortable, facilities were great. Reception staff were friendly and polite. Tram and bus stop right outside for those that can’t walk great! Would definitely stay here again. Room was a big size too so didn’t feel cramped.
Not a big dislike but didn’t realise how far up and away it was from the main area. It is a bit of a walk but meant that we were away from the weekend hustle and bustle on a night so was lovely and quiet which was great for us as a family. Room could maybe do with a little updating but it’s not a make or break thing.

We have stayed a few times but this time we were very disappointed , also we had the breakfast but they couldn't keep up with demand so were waiting for each item to be ready to be cooked , the rooms need updating and the whole hotel needs a deep clean

False fair alarm at night,weed smell in the corridor,not working lift,stained carpet and walls, extremely loud fan in the bathroom, falling apart furniture
The room was basic but clean and the beds comfortable
The hallways and central areas at the top of the stairs were dumped full of pots from cleaned rooms, sheets and towels etc … it made the landing look very scruffy
