Pros:

The staff at this hotel are a gem to this place. Special mention to Kristina on reception who goes above and beyond she couldn't do enough and also the lady doing breakfast sadly didn't get her name but she was blonde, very helpful, didn't stop and always smiling and making guests feel welcome. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spotless. Everywhere you went passing staff they were always smiling, ive been to hotels and paid alot more and haven't had to service that we received here. We paid extra for breakfast which was well worth the money. People were friendly I definitely will return. Thankyou for a very welcoming stay...

Cons:

The bar closes half ten, be better if it extend to 11pm but I guess that due to how busy the bar is and season.
Me and my partner tripped over a Henry hover that was left by the next door to our room so as we were leaving with bags and turned the corner to leave you couldn't see it and my partner almost went over, we laughed it off but if it was someone older could have been alot worse, just needed to be pulled into the room put of the way but saying that you could dee they were rushing around cleaning rooms, they were working hard..

As you would expect from a Britannia hotel
Cons:

It is basic but could do with some form of black out curtains in room. On check in it the receptionist spent time talking to the elderly couple checking in before myself who were staying for three nights. It felt rushed because I was single and only staying one night. Not the same customer service.
