Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, Türen auf den Fluren schließen sehr laut
Sauna sehr klein. Der Weg durch den Keller könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein.

Freundlich, Sauber, Lecker aber nicht erholsam
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab ein kleines Bügeleisen und ein kleines Bügelbrett auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Der Kaffee war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Wie fast jedes Hotel, hat auch dieses Hotel dicke Matratzen in denen man beim hinlegen mit dem Beckenbereich tief einsinkt und man in eine Art Hohlkreuzstellung gerät aus der es anstrengend ist sich zu befreien. Ich konnte jedenfalls darin nicht schlafen und habe schließlich den Sessel gewählt. Die unerholsame Nacht drückt halt die Bewertung.
Wie gesagt, diese Rückenfeindlichen Matratzen sind mir schon in sehr vielen Hotels begegnet.

Comfortable and welcoming stay, but not quite a full 4-star experience
Pros:

We stayed one night in January 2026 with my husband and our dog, and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and impressively quiet and warm—perfect for a winter visit. The view over the city was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good, the shower had excellent water pressure (always appreciated), and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Parking right in front of the hotel was convenient, and having a park directly across the street was ideal for walking our dog. The room also included a microwave, plates, and some cutlery, which made it feel practical and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, room service and the restaurant were closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The bed was made up of two separate single beds pushed together rather than one double; this was okay for one night, but they did move slightly during the night, leaving a gap in between. Also, while cutlery was provided, it was incomplete (two knives and one spoon, no forks). It would be better to either fully equip the room for two people or not provide that option at all. Overall, this hotel would be an excellent 3-star stay, but as a 4-star it falls slightly short. That said, the staff clearly put in a lot of effort, and their warmth really stood out—they genuinely try to make the experience special.
