Hôtel très mignon dans la verdure, chambre très bien décorée , l’emplacement est parfait à l’ouest d’arusha sur la route des parcs (le matin pas besoin de traverser arusha et ses embouteillages pour rejoindre les parcs)
Rapport qualité prix vraiment top.
Et pour finir mention particulière à la nourriture qui est vraiment excellente , nous nous sommes régalées.

Lovely, unique hotel with excellent staff and food service.
Pros:

The food was excellent as we also had dinner both nights at the hotel. The value for what we had was also excellent. The staff was so kind and we also enjoyed Milo, the dog. The garden and areas to sit were beautiful. We felt like we were in a hobbit tower. Just very unique.

Cons:

The only issue was the bed is very firm. We had to also adapt to the sounds of being in a neighborhood :) goats, chickens, roosters, and dogs.

Pros:

Wonderful, friendly host & staff; nice food, excellent location. Yann was very helpful with lot of last minute requests. My two colleagues who staid at the hotel truly recommend the Dam Stan hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were as kind and helpful as they could possibly be - an 11! The room was very comfortable and has a really nice layout and design. And their garden area is quite relaxing.

Pros:

La struttura ha una reception h24, le stanze sono grandi e i letti molto comodi, la colazione buona ed abbondante.
Lo staff è certamente il punto di forza di questa struttura, grazie alla loro disponibilità, nonostante l’orario di arrivo oltre la mezzanotte, abbiamo potuto festeggiare il compleanno di una di noi con una buonissima torta preparata da loro appositamente.
Grazie veramente di cuore a tutte le ragazze dello staff.

What a total gem 💎!
Pros:

We had an amazing room in one of the sweet towers with a beautiful view. They have the best fries in Arusha!! Twice a week there is a busy authentic market walking distance. Sweet garden, lovely restaurant and staff,great breakfast, and pool table:) loved it!

Perfect place if you can ignore the dogs
Pros:

Nice spacious room, very good and big bed, great shower, Great Breakfast choices. Very friendly personnel.

Cons:

This could have been the perfect place, but during the two nights we stayed here our sleep was seriously disruptes by dogs nearby, barking and bowling practically most of the night, and a rooster that does not understand that the sun does not rise at 3am or so. These are things out of control for the hotel, but be prepared!

Très bon rapport qualité / prix !
Pros:

Personnel attentionné et serviable. Jardin de l'hôtel très agréable et fleuri. Chambres confortables avec des moustiquaires en bon état, juste un bémol pour la salle de bain. Petits déjeuners copieux et de bonne qualité. Dîners et lunch box avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Façades extérieures des logements un peu tristes (enduit en ciment gris) qui dénotent avec la verdure qui les entoure. Etat des équipements des salles de bain décevant qui pourraient mériter une rénovation (douche et fenêtre).

Perfect place for relaxing after a safari.
