Very nice, slept well, comfortable bed, nice hotel, friendly staff especially the waitress

Super nice but little details make a difference
Pros:

The room was super clean and cozy.

Cons:

The shower head was broken and the sheets weren't soft. I also didnt like being so close to the elevators, i always heard the doors.

Also, this isn't the hôtels fault, my floor was super noisy and people were screaming and laughing at 1am. Which cut my sleep short since i was there for early work.

Déception à l’arrivée mais ensuite très bien
Pros:

Nous étions deux adultes et deux adolescents et la nuit du 23 janvier nous apprenons qu’il y a seulement 1 lit dans la chambre avec aucune possibilité de changer de chambre donc grande déception pour le prix de la chambre. Les gars ont du dormir dans des lits d’appoints donc peu confortable.

Cons:

Pour le reste tout était parfait et la deuxième nuit nous avons pu avoir deux lits.
Notre souhait est d’être dédommagés pour la première nuit qui n’a pas respecté notre réservation pour 4. Booking me dit de vous écrire donc étant donné la qualité de votre établissement j’imagine qu’une entente sera possible pour assurer notre satisfaction et étant donné que je retourne dans l’un de vos établissements en février. On se déplace souvent pour le hockey et souhaitons continuer de réserver dans vos hôtels.

Un établissement qui offre un bon rapport qualité prix, un très bon service et accès rapide.
Pros:

Emplacement, confort, propreté. Service courtois et rapide.
La localisation est très bien dans la ville également.
