The staff was incredibly rude when we didn’t speak French. The parking lot and driveway up had huge pot holes.

Just driving thru saw this hotel online. Not sure why rated so low. Nice modern hotel welcoming front desk, nice clean room at competitive price with free parking. What’s not to like? The food and service in lounge restaurant was good.
Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit car nous étions de passage sur Sherbrooke mais la literie était confortable et il y avait de la place pour 4.
Nous avons tenté de joindre l'hôtel car nous pensions avoir oublié quelque chose et c'était très compliqué : pas de mail, un numéro de téléphone surtaxé, on a fini par réussir à les joindre via le profil Instagram du groupe.
