Casa Luz Beach Front Holbox

The casa Lus is a lovely little hotel. We had a beautiful Balcony with lots of chairs and loungers.The room had a fridge and a microwave. There was a lovely area to lay in the sun and watch the ocean . There was a beach club Casa del Mar was located close by where you can order drinks and delicious Mexican food. The staff was very accommodating which made our stay very nice . The sunsets on the beach was spectacular. We highly recommend Casa Lus

Beautiful property and location

Small room.

This was our first trip to Holbox, and we weren’t disappointed! Casa Luz is about a 10 minute walk on the beach into town, which was perfect. We enjoyed the quietness and relaxation this property offers as well as the beautiful property. Carla made our stay effortless and she was the perfect host!

Excelente ubicación a pie de playa, inconvenientes solamente el corte de electricidad desde el mediodía hasta pasada entrada la tarde pero es un problema común en la isla

I loved this property and it’s management, Carla contacted before we arrived and guided us from the ferry to the hotel she was very attentive and professional We felt very welcome by the staff everyone with good attitude all the time, The property is beautiful, beach front, looks like a house but each bed room has its own independent entrance. I had the room at the 3th floor with AC , comfortable bed hammock and nice view was totally worth, Because of my experience this is my new vacation spot and probably will be visiting every year from now on.

We really enjoyed Casa Luz. Mari was very friendly and helpful, and the property is lovely. The ocean view from the beach is exactly what we wanted, and the island is small enough that everything there is to do is within walking distance. On the other hand, Casa Luz is far enough where the majority of the noise from the clubs isn’t an issue, so it is pretty quiet relative to much of the island. Will definitely return, and if Casa Luz is available, we’ll stay here again!

Après une journée sans encombre, nous avons subit une panne d'électricité et d'eau pendant une journée. La direction nous à trouvé un nouvel hébergement qui était convenable et nous a décompté une journée de séjour.

OMG! I loved this place and so did my 2 co-travelers! Staff super friendly; casita very clean; breakfast was delicious; would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Very close to the ocean, I did not like that the room was too small.

Raquel was so very helpful! She made all of the arrangements for taxis, airport service & snorkeling tours….. she was kind and efficient…. We were served an authentic breakfast daily and felt well taken care of.

Beautiful property, easy walk to the beach bars, restaurants and town. Very friendly staff. Would recommend access to coffee earlier than the complimentary 9am continental breakfast. Will definitely be back, Holbox was beautiful and a unique experience.

Superb beach house on the quiet part of the beach with easy walk to the town.
Cafe just in front for light meals, drinks and sunsets. Incredible beach walking. Great swimming, graeat amenities such as beach volleyball, kayaks and stand up paddleboards.
Serenity with beautiful views of the sea. Highly recommended.

Out of town enough to be quiet, close enough to get to restaurants and shopping..on the best part of the beach

Hard to not love the place. Amazing views, great outdoor spaces to relax, and it’s right on the ocean. I hardly spent anytime inside. It’s easy walking to town and it’s very quiet at night. Great stay!

Cuando llegue la persona que me recibió dijo que la reserva no la tenía confirmada, sin embargo si estaba confirmada por la plataforma de Expedia.mx se me pidió el pago en efectivo. Me gustaría tener la tranquilidad que expedía ni me hará el cargo en los datos de mi tarjeta. Cómo puedo verificar que no se me realice el cargo? Gracias
