FirstName Toulouse is stunning hotel - very new, clean and with beautiful design and attention to details. We only wish we could stay longer! Room was very spacious and nicely decorated, had tea and coffee facilities and high quality toiletries. The TV was huge with an easy option to connect HDMI and lots of USB / USB-C ports in the room. Air conditioning was very quite and bed super comfy. We had a great stay.

No minibar!! They’ve a shared kitchen with a fridge, like a students house. Not a great ideia.
Staff were excellent. Very friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean. Great location close to centre. Air-con exceptional!! There is a hotel car park and a public’s one nearby.
O quarto era bem espaço, academia bem ventilada, com poucos mais bons equipamentos, vários bebedouros espalhados pelas áreas do hotel e café da manhã bom.
Senti falta de frutas no café da manhã e não tinha frigobar no quarto. Mas o restante estava tudo ótimo.
