Excellent
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely clean hotel and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

There is only one part of our visit, which will stop us staying again. The garage exit is extremely tight and it took us 10 minutes of negotiating the double kerb (which you could not see from the car). However if we weren’t driving we would stay again.

Le confort, la taille et le design de la chambre. Le parking, pratique dans Toulouse centre. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits variés et de qualité.

Cons:

Place très serrée dans le parking (la n°9), 4 ou 5 manœuvres pour sortir de l'emplacement, espace de dégagement trop court entre la voiture voisine, le pilier et le mur ! La réception n'est pas tout de suite visible quand on entre dans l'hôtel, on voit surtout le bar et on peut confondre l'hôtesse d'accueil du bar avec la réceptionniste, ce qui peut être embêtant quand il y a la queue au bar.

agréablement surprise. Il y a même une buanderie et une cuisine (un peu cachée) à chaque étage.
Pros:

chambre très agréable et bien conçue, salle de bain de taille très correcte, et pour une fois suffisamment de place pour que je puisse étaler mes produits de maquillage.

Cons:

j'aurais aimé une paire de pantoufles, comme c'est souvent l'usage, mais je comprends que ça ne corresponde pas aux critères de sustainability.

Cons:

Lifts are small for such a big hotel. During our hotel there were so many guests that there was a wait getting into the lifts, but this is such a minor issue that didn’t bother us but worth pointing out

Holel muy recomendable
Pros:

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación muy cerca de la estación de trenes, y también a una distancia caminable del centro histórico. Excelente desayuno, personal muy amable.

Personal and cosy, romantic vibe.
Pros:

The showers are amazing. Best shower of our trip. Does a great job reflecting the history of the building, old cinema feel. The place feels boutique and intimate, felt personal in service and vibe. It was an excellent location with non LEZ parking only a short walk away and easy to get to the best tourist, eating and historic areas by foot.

Cons:

Restaurant was great but service felt a bit rushed. Apart from that there was nothing we didn’t like. Perhaps their charging for drinking water in the room felt a little extreme.
