La ubicación y el personal de recepción
Limpieza de la habitación, acceso y salida del parking incomódo si llevas un coche grande. No me dieron el código correcto para el parking el día de llegada y tuvimos que esperar a que alguien de recepción bajase a abrirnos la puerta para poder salir del aparcamiento a pie. Cortaron el agua de 10:00 a 13:30 y el único aviso que vi (a posteriori) lo habían colocado en la planta de recepción a la entrada de los ascensores (considero que debería de haberse comunicado de una forma más eficaz). Sensación de humedad dentro de la habitación (planta 5ª)

Location is dreadful, property is surrounded by drunk homeless people - I did not feel safe leaving the hotel especially at night
We stayed here for one night in August during a trip to the mountains. It is a wonderful and beautiful place, with very good value for money.
The hotel was quiet, and I slept with the window open. The air was amazing — so fresh that after being in the city, it felt like a real treat. There was no disturbing noise at all. Only a few cars passed by early in the morning, around 7 a.m.
Check-in with the access code was very convenient, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately online. There is also a spacious parking area, which was very useful for us as we were travelling by car.
Breakfast was perfectly fine: a little bit of everything, and for the price the selection was quite good.
I saw two restaurants in the village. We had dinner at the restaurant across from the hotel and ordered three different meat dishes, but unfortunately we did not enjoy any of them. The food was not tasty, so I personally would not recommend that restaurant.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would happily recommend it.
Es un hotel nuevo (o remodelado, no lo sé), con habitaciones amplias y un buen cuarto de baño con ducha.
En cada planta hay una kitchenette de uso para la gente de esa planta a la que se accede con tu tarjeta de la habitación. Allí hay una nevera de uso común y un microondas y unos grifos de agua con y sin gas para rellenar la botella que te dejan en la habitación o las tuyas.
También hay galletas, pero en los 5 días que estuvimos sólo conseguimos una.
El personal de recepción es muy amable: gracias a Audrey por su ayuda con las incidencias.
La moqueta de la habitación: no entiendo que en un hotel nuevo se pongan moquetas. Es más higiénico un suelo que se pueda fregar y desinfectar.
El tema del parking: carísimo (24 euros por día) y complicado de usar. Tuvimos varias incidencias porque te dan un código para abrir y para salir del parking y te asignan una plaza. Llegamos un sábado y el lunes siguiente, cuando llegamos por la noche de una excursión, el código no iba: no tienen interfono, por lo que tuve que ir a recepción y allí me dijeron que habían cambiado el código. Que lo cambiaban cada semana: creo que tendrían que habernos avisado. Luego había otro coche aparcado en nuestra plaza. Lo comunicamos a recepción, nos asignaron otra plaza y, al día siguiente al coger el coche, teníamos una nota para pasar por recepción con urgencia. Vuelve a subir a la recepción porque no les constaba que ésa fuera nuestra plaza.
De entrada sólo nos dieron una tarjeta para la habitación: pero para usar el ascensor y para entrar en la kitchenette tienes que usarla, así que hubo que pedir otra.
El desayuno es poco variado, sólo te hacen huevos fritos (ni tortilla ni otra cosa) y poco variedad en la sección dulce.
El tema de la retención de 500 euros como fianza es muy excesiva

Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur . Plus de pain (baguette normale ) à 10h . Pas de jus de fruits frais . Pas prévenu d’une coupure d’eau à 10h30 ..
Par contre chambre et sdb magnifiques . Lit super confortable . Personnel d’accueil et du bar très agréable.
