De modo geral foi muito bom. Somente o serviço de quarto não foi muito bom. Todos os dias não deixavam toalhas de rosto e tapete. Eu tinha que pedir para a recepção. Fui muito bem atendida no café da manhã. Parabéns pelos funcionários Mariano e Ubaldo. Muito gentis, educados e prestativos. Gostei muito da localização. Alguns atendentes da recepção deixaram a desejar. Por exemplo, quando chegamos, no dia 02 se abril ninguém nos ajudou com as malas. Fizemos tudo sozinhos.
No mais tivemos a maioria das expectativas atendidas.

Bien, Relación: Calidad - precio - ubicación, es Buena, tiene fácil acceso y los ubers son baratos
Pros:

Buena ubicación, en general el hotel es relativamente limpio, las camareras son atentas y se esfuerzan por dar un buen servicio. El personal masculino que atiende el hotel, sea recepcionista o meseros en el restaurante suelen ser amables y generosos. Les recomiendo para próximas estancias, poner agua en las habitaciones TODOS los dias de estancia del huésped, no solo la primera noche. El precio es CARO, sin incluir el desayuno, deberían dar un beneficio al huesped extranjero que reserva por booking e incluir el precio del desayuno en la opción de alojamiento standar

Cons:

Las chicas recepcionistas, Mujeres, las de la jornada de la mañana son displicentes, mal educadas y déspotas con el huésped. Por favor, para mayor agilidad en temporadas altas doten el hotel de mas planchas de ropa.

Hotel Vintage con Buen Mantenimiento en Excelente Ubicación
Pros:

Muey buena ubicación. El hotel a pesar de ser un hotel quizas de los 80´s esta en optimas condiciones de mantenimiento. Muy bien las habitaciones, la atención del personal, etc. También nos gustó que fuera una de las locaciones de la aserie de Netflix "Narcos Mexico" ambientada en los años 80's.

Cons:

La unica crítica constructiva es respecto a las almohadas que estan muy suaves y pequeñas. Pedí una almohada adicional en recepción y me dijeron que no tenían. Eso me parece inaceptable. Pero es un tema de preferencia personal. Quizas si hbiera pedido la almohada por la mañana si me la hubieran conseguido.

El ruido, por favor gestionen que no marchen los soldados en el.monumento desde las 5.am de perdido a.las 7 o en temporada vacacional qué cambien de cede.

enjoyed overall , pool was small but lovely with a view of the city.

When we got to airport, no driver arrived to pick us up. we were ignored, when promised a ride from airport to the hotel. We had to pay a Taxi.

Pros:

Holtel assez central . Hotel de passage pour voyages touristiques organisés. Beaucoup de passage.
Petit déjeuner très mauvais mais c’est typique de ce type d’établissement.
Juste à coté du monument à La Révolution pas loin de Réforma
Hôtel confortable sans plus . Hôtel d’étape.
