The rooms and the building were well maintained.
Breakfast. The staff (other than Damian) were unhelpful and unwelcoming. We were treated differently as Booking.com customers in a way I have never experienced before.
Todo Excelente, la recepcion del Hotel fue maravilosa, nos ayudaron mucho en todo lo que necesitamos haciendo que nos hicieran sentir como en casa, muy agradecidos por todo especialmente con la atencion de Itcel, Eleseo, Daniel y Zulema, sin duda regresaremos. La ubicacion del Hotel tambien es perfecta. Gracias por todo.
