Excelente servicio, personal amable, las habitaciones grandes y limpias
La habitación que nos tocó tenía una ducha antigua y el televisor no funcionaba muy bien, nada grave he estado en otras habitaciones y mejoran mucho

It was a great price and amazing location. It had restaurants all around the area.
The location is walking distance to popular places
On weekends the music of nearby bars are too loud, stairs in the hotel interior are kind scary
Location room cleaning and buffet staff
Front desk staff was rude when we got there due to number of guests. There was no microwave or refrigerator in rooms made it difficult as we had babies and milk and reheating of food was not accessible.
La ubicacion es ideal, tienes todo cerca (tiendas, restautantes, bares, discos, el metro, etc). El hotel esta decorado con mucho gusto y buena decoracion.
El personal es muy atento y servicial. No se les puede negar que tienen un excelente servicio al cliente.
El desayuno no esta incluido en la tarifa de la habitacion, seria bueno tener esta opcion. Reservamos tres habitaciones (dos familiares y una para dos personas) y de las dos familiares una tenia una gotera al frente, el agua caia sobre un toldo que pusieron sobre la alfombra.
Una de esas dos habitaciones tenia ademas una gotera en el baño, hasta la noche antes de salir del hotel nos dieron otra habitacion.
A la par de la habitacion para dos personas, una noche escuchamos ruidos fuertes. Martillazos y golpes que al dia siguiente termino siendo que violentaron la cerradura. Al parecer el inquilino no podia entrar.

El lugar bastante bien, hacen diferentes actividades de entretenimiento dentro del hotel, me gusto la variedad en lascomidas y que hay varios restaurantes dentro del hotel

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The shower was 8 holes that made it more like a sprinkler than a shower. The window has a metal side that was not closed completely and you can hear all the street noise. There was also a leak to the hallway of the 16th floor where we were staying.

Ubicación excelente en zona rosa, fácil acceso a restaurantes y cafeterías, a unas cuadras del Ángel de la Independencia y 45 min caminando al Zócalo 👍🏻
Las almohadas de las camas son algo incómodas, si las cambiaran por otras más suaves se agradecería enormemente
La cercania a todos lugares y que tenian hielo disponible
