The location, the view, the fast elevator, the basic gym
The carpet was stained and the property looks outdated.
The personnel were friendly and helpful. The location is decent and convenient for getting around, and the room was clean upon arrival.
The WiFi would disconnect every five minutes, making it essentially unusable. When I raised this with the staff, their solution was to switch to another network with the same password–but that connection was just as unstable. I asked twice for a proper fix, but no solution was found. This was especially frustrating because before arriving, I had explicitly asked about the quality of the WiFi as I needed it for work, and I was assured that it was reliable. Unfortunately, that promise was not met.
The hotel was also extremely noisy. The windows do not block outside sounds at all–you can clearly hear traffic, a nearby karaoke bar, and even strange intermittent alarms (at times sounding like a barking chihuahua) going off every 30 minutes.
Another issue was the room temperature. It got quite cold at night, and I couldn’t figure out how to properly use the heating system. It seemed to just circulate air rather than actually warm the room, which made it feel even colder.
The bathroom setup was also inconvenient. The shower head is fixed to the ceiling, there are no hooks or rails to hang towels to dry, and overall the design feels outdated.
Breakfast was acceptable although lacked variety from day to day.

Staff was excellent at the front desk. The room was large. The hotel is older but well kept with a few exceptions.
Show head was old, and calcification on the shower head didn't allow the water to be properly distributed. It basically fell everywhere but straight down, causing it difficult to take a shower. I reported it to staff, and they were receptive. Also, the pull handle on the old toilet works better pulling up than down to eliminate waste.
My room lighting was dim. But bathroom lights were nice and bright.
