Es una cabaña muy bonita agradable ideal para descansar le falta para que este totalmente lista pero es ideal para descansar. El desayuno muy bien la ducha la decoracion ! Nos gusto
We went in the off season and most everything on the site was not usable. However, Elizabeth is great. This place has great potential for a big party. Would like to see this place during peak tourism season.
No deberia ni venderse como hotel. No hay recepción, hay una caseta de seguridad que te hace sentir que estas invadiendo una propiedad con unos toldos de obra; si llegas de noche (10mins conduciendo desde Tulum) no esta la entrada señalizada ni iluminada. No nos hicieron el servicio de limpieza seguramente porque no hay personal. Ni nos pidieron identificacion (eramos los únicos huespedes, ahora entienso el motivo). Solamente ves personas preparando un evento mudical para año nuevo, y materiales de construccion (maderas, andamios, clavos, maquinaria) con el consiguiente riesgo para nosotros. No pudimos ni usar la piscina porque tenia hojas pero ni cojines en los bancos habia y el domingo la estaban usando gente local o familiares de trabajadores con neveras y bebidas. Desconozco si despues de su evento musical operarán como hotel pero ahora no deberia ni considerarse alojamiento turístico. Un fraude!
Las habitación es tal cual se anuncia. Una muy buena habitación. Respecto al resto del hotel no es como se ve en el anuncio. Parece estar un poco descuidado.
Lo que realmente no nos agrado es que frente a las habitaciones esta hubicado un lugar donde al parecer es el centro de runiones de las personas que trabajan en la propiedad (hay varias personas haciendo adecueciones al lote y demas) lo que quita totalmente la privacidad de la habitación. Queda uno totalmente observado.
El hotel tiene mucho potencial, pero hay algunas cosas por mejorar.
Pd.La atención de Coti en el front desk es buena.
Lugar increíble para relajarse y desconectarse. Lo malo es que se escuchan los camiones de la carretera y tener cuidado con los mosquitos
