Ottimi servizi, buona posizione specialmente per visitare la Città alta, 5 minuti di auto dalla teleferica, parcheggio gratuito in strada con buona disponibilità davanti all'albergo. Colazione veramente notevole e WiFi perfetto.
Considerando che è un 4 stelle la camera è di limitate dimensioni, con un bagno molto piccolo ed una cabina doccia dove girarsi è molto complicato, diciamo più simile al bagno di una pensione che non di un hotel del genere. Aria condizionata...assente.
Ottimo hotel. Camera e bagno quotidianamente puliti. Staff cortese e all'altezza. Parcheggio fronte hotel, sebbene non custodito, con tanti posti a disposizione. Insomma nulla da eccepire
Receptionist was very nice. Bed was comfortable
Central heating / aircon is centralised and cannot cope with weather change. It was set for HEATING and it was warm spring weather outside therefore ROOM WAS BOILING. Had to sleep with window wide open and listen to motorway / airport noise. Reception said nothing they could do.
Near to the airport. Free parking in front of the hotel. Walk distance to city center. Tasty breakfast.

Camera pulitissima e colazione eccellente
La vicinanza al centro
Abbiamo riscontrato un problema relativo al servizio di colazione. Al nostro arrivo, la sera precedente, ci era stato comunicato un orario entro il quale fosse possibile usufruire della colazione. Tuttavia, la mattina seguente, una volta arrivati in sala, ci è stato riferito che l’orario indicato non era corretto. Questo disguido non ha riguardato solo noi, ma anche altri ospiti presenti nella struttura.
Inoltre, il personale di sala, davanti a tutti i presenti, i quali rappresentavano quanto riferito alla reception la sera prima, ha iniziato a ritirare i contenitori con i prodotti della colazione, lasciando noi e gli altri ospiti visibilmente disorientati. Di conseguenza, siamo stati costretti a consumare la colazione in fretta, cercando di prendere le poche pietanze rimaste disponibili. Le persone presenti pur di fare la colazione hanno dovuto far uso dei prodotti senza glutine che ancora non erano stati ritirati. A mio avviso, con un po' di elasticità si poteva risolvere in altro modo.

Close to the airport
Breakfast was very average.
We overpaid for the stay : booked family room with board games, 3 beds (although we were just 2).
They gave us ordinary room with no view, 1 double bed, although we asked for separate beds. So we overpaid 60$. We asked if we can get dinner as a price difference or get money back, so the room matches the price. We were told neither was possible.
Room was old, small and it is 1000% not a 4 star hotel as rated here.

Loved the dinner at the restaurant - the food was excellent.
Breakfast was not great. Choice was limited: mostly toast, ham cereal and scrambled eggs.
The location is also deceiving, not to the fault of the hotel of course! it is close to the airport on the map, but driving around that part of Bergamo turned out to be more complicated that I could foresee, so budget time for driving around roundabouts despite using Google maps
