Brilliant staff, really helpful and friendly.
Beautiful rooms with mini fridge for medication and kettle with proper sachets of nescafe latte which was nice touch!
Comfy beds and room was a good size.
Breakfast excellent - especially the apricot muffins!

Didn't originally plan on staying here but a disaster with another local hotel meant we turned up on spec at 3am and they gave us a reduced room rate and looked after 2 tired and stressed travellers so we chose to stay again upon our return journey.

Location isn't central, but is very handy for the airport.

Friendly & helpful staff, good quality food, good location when need a stay near the airport
Pros:

Staff was friendly, good quality food, beds had firm mattresses - comfortable, good quality towels. Quiet rooms. Great location if renting a car or need to stay not too far from the airport.

Cons:

Not the best location if prefer to walk around mostly.

Bergamo: esperienza positiva da tutti i punti di vista
Pros:

Il personale presente per la colazione del mattino che ho trovato molto valida. La gentilezza e disponibilità delle ragazze della reception. Meravigliose!

Cons:

Alla sera ritornando a piedi, in vicinanza dell' hotel c è un giardino frequentato da persone un po' particolari... Lo stesso dicasi per il posteggio davanti all' hotel dove dopo le 21 bivaccano alcuni uomini troppo rumorosi..

Decent hotel near the airport.
Pros:

It served our purpose. A hotel near the airport which was clean and comfortable but stayed only for half day so we did not try the breakfast or visit its restaurant.

Cons:

Extra cost for parking at its dedicated parking.
Even though it was clean and cozy rooms were not very spacy.
Air conditioning is not getting very cold.
