Fiyat performans otelidir.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu merkeze çok yakındı, ayrıca metro ağına da oldukça yakındı. Lokasyon olarak akşamları biraz tekinsiz geldi. Oda küçüktü özellikle tuvalet ve banyosu. Temizliği iyiydi. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve iyiydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda çalışan bayan arkadaşın hal ve hareketleri maalesef kötüydü.

I stayed at your hotel recently and checked out this morning. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my departure.
When I came down to return the room key, the reception door was closed and no staff member came to assist me. The elevator was also turned off, so I had to carry two heavy suitcases down from the 4th floor by myself.
Since no one opened the reception door, I had no choice but to slide the key under the door. At the same time, I could see that breakfast was being prepared inside, yet no one acknowledged me or offered any assistance.
For a hotel, this level of service during check-out is disappointing. Guests should be able to return their keys easily and receive basic assistance, especially when carrying luggage.

Ordentlich mit gutem Frühstück .
Die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone und Marienplatz.

Zimmer roch extrem nach Zigarettenqualm, Personal hatte das nicht so wirklich realisiert. Alternatives Tom. Er war nicht möglich.
