Si vas en tren estas a 200 mts de la estación. La habitación está ok, salvo que sean días muy calurosos. El desayuno está bien, cumple.

Cons:

La atención no es muy buena, te cobran 6 euros por equipaje para dejarlo antes o después del checkin / checkout. No te dan agua fria/caliente en zonas comunes, ni en la habitación por fuera del horario de desayuno. Con 35º de día, las habitaciones son calurosas, hay que dormir con ventanas abiertas. En esa calle hay varios cabarets.

Non c’è niente di positivo

Cons:

Struttura decadente. Ventilatori che non fanno niente con 40 gradi in stanza. Ci dicono di parcheggiare in un autosilo convenzionato da loro e poi ci dicono che non era corretto . Portando le stesse foto che ci hanno dato. Gli spieghiamo che non siamo soddisfatti di questo e loro non ti ascoltarono neanche vogliono essere pagati senza ascoltare. Sono stato in tanti hotel sparsi in tutto il mondo ma la maleducazione del personale di questo hotel non ha un limite.

Schillerstrasse, vi ses nok aldri igjen.

På dette stedet likte jeg at hotellet lå i en kort avstand fra München Hbf. Det var fint at det var dusj og senger tilgjengelig. Frokost var enkel og god. Personal var hyggelig og høflig.

Cons:

Mindre bra ting var
1 to av sengene var ukomfortable / for harde.
2. rommet har ikke aircondition. Takk for viftene. Tidlig i august var det 28-32 grader C.
3. hotellet ligger i ei livlig gate. Det er så livlig at du får se narkosalg, ladies of the night og deres kunder. Det er skriking bråk og det siver inn mariujanarøyk inn på rommene fra gata. Schillerstrasse er Münchens mest aktive gate når det gjelder alt nevnt i punkt 3. det visste jeg ikke på forhånd. Egne barn har fått en bratt læringskurve. Barn har sett hvordan det stjeles fra andre.
4. i frokostsalen stinket det da renovasjonsbil hentet gatas søppel. Flere av oss kastet opp.

Dusche von oben bis unten voll Schimmel,wände komplett versifft, Tür wurde auch schon aufgebrochen,es war absolut kein entgegen kommen,konnten da auch nicht schlafen,denn gegen den Schimmel gab's dann ne Dröhnung Chlor,ohne geöffnetes Fenstern,aber net da wo der Schimmel ist,U es hat zusätzlich unglaublich nach urin gestunken der an der Rezeption,hat mich bei der beschwerde auch noch ausgelacht,da die Stornierung ja abgelehnt wurde,wir aber auch nicht dort schliefen,auf der Behaarung des Vorgängers hoffe ich,von meinem Geld wird immerhin mal Farbe, Schimmelmittel und nen zuverlässiger Putzdienst gezahlt! Größte Highlight ist aber nach dem des net reicht,die lose Steckdose in Zimmer 70...Leute spart euch bitte bitte des Geld,es kostet euch nur unzählige nerven!

Posizione pessima, un soggiorno da incubo
Pros:

La posizione è decisamente centrale e dispongono di un parcheggio privato sotterraneo a cui si può accedere solo tramite biglietto, il che lo rende super sicuro.

Cons:

La posizione dell’albergo è PESSIMA, sconsiglio fortemente di venirci con dei bambini…alle 5 di notte qualcuno in strada ha iniziato ad urlare come non ci fosse un domani e no, non era perchè stesse succedendo qualcosa di particolare. Lo staff e particolarmente svogliato e la nostra camera non solo era palesemente da rinnovare ma ce l’hanno fatta trovare bollente. Nessuno si è premurato di accenderci il ventilatore prima del nostro arrivo. Colazione scarsa e la signora che puliva i tavoli dele colazioni si limitava a togliere le stoviglie usate e passare uno straccio solo dove la persona aveva mangiato, incurante del fatto che il resto del tavolo fosse pieno di altre briciole.

Bon pour court séjour.

Cons:

Pas de Clim !!! De plus j’avais réservé une chambre 4 lits et nous n’avons eu que 3 lits, heureusement que notre 4ieme c’est désisté…
