Für eine Nacht in Bahnhofsnähe ok.
Pros:

Betten neu und gut.

Cons:

Raumklima etwas stickig, keine Klimaanlage und große Fensterfront mit Ost/Südausrichtung, daher morgens unerträglich heiß.
Bad sehr klein.

Pros:

Proche du centre ville et des endroits à visiter, on peux tout faire à pied.

Cons:

La rue un peu mal fréquentée mais il y a des caméras de police et nous n'avons eu aucun embêtement.

Experience from hell.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

- charged me 100 euros more than they should have
- later than called me to fix it but made me wait and were rude to me
- found a cockroach in the bathroom
- street was always busy and loud very bad location
- didn’t inform me about check out instructions so had to come back into my room since the reception was closed in the morning

Needs better service and facility space
Pros:

The reception area was modernized. Still needs a lot of renovation. But the coffee machine was good

Cons:

It's entrance was in between two erotica facilities so it would have a line of men waiting to get in
It did not feel safe after certain hours. Did not like the elevator too small. And the parking arrangement garage has many homeless.

Strategic location
Pros:

Hotel location is not far from Munich Main Station. You will find many restaurants and convenient shops.

Cons:

Located at the night life area where you will here many argues on the street and loud people. We stay in summer so we need to sleep with window open, it’s not easy to have a good sleep.

Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Zimmer stinkt furchtbar auch die kissen und decken hatten einen unglaublich furchtbaren Geruch. Keine Klimaanlage nur so einen billigen Ventilator, es war unerträglich warm in dem Zimmer. WLAN Verbindung ist ständig weg. Furchtbare Lage die Straßen zu laut neben stripclub. Teilweise Schädigungen am Zimmer. Bei der Dusche kann man Temperatur nur schlecht einstellen und wenn man das richtige hat kommt man schnell dran und wird wieder extrem heiß oder kalt. Durch die Zimmertür kommt licht von der Flur musste koffer davor stellen weil ich wirklich angst hatte das noch jemand durch die Tür kommt. Verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Hatten 2 Wochen richtig schönen Urlaub überall gut untergekommen hier nur für eine Nacht um am nächsten Tag zurück in die Heimat zu fahren aber leider ist das hier ein schlechter Abschluss. Frühstück gab nicht viel Auswahl aber war ok. Definitiv zu viel bezahlt für eine furchtbare unruhige Nacht.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.Preis ist auch sehr gut für München Innenstadt.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Pros:

Mein Zimmer hatten mehr als ausreichend Steckdosen und war neben dem Bett und Schrank noch mit einem Schreibtisch samt Stuhl, einem Sessel und einem kleinen Beistelltisch, einem TV und einem Telefon ausgestattet. Leider gab es keine Klima, dafür war das Zimmer mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet, der es relativ erträglich gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war nett präsentiert, die Auswahl war recht klein, aber ich denke ausreichend. Lage war super, man muss nur wissen, wo man am Hbf rausgeht.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat mir nichts so gar nicht gefallen, aber ich denke die Tatsache, dass das Hotel in einem klassischen Bahnhofsviertel liegt könnte für dem ein oder anderen Gast ein Problem sein. Ich habe mich aber beim spät abendlichen Rückweg (Mitternacht) nicht unwohl gefühlt.
