Ho chiesto di annullare una delle due notti da me prenotate con solo (vero) un giorno di anticipo dal mio arrivo...la richiesta mi è stata rifiutata senza neppure chiedermi il perché una volta arrivata lì,hanno preso i soldi e tanti saluti!!!!! In più in camera il bagno era minuscolo,riscaldamento spento (al 5 di gennaio) e non c'era nella camera né una coperta né un cuscino in più! Al nostro arrivo sotto l'hotel era pieno di immigrati che sembravano decisamente poco raccomandabili 😅

Great value stay close to the center
Pros:

Nicely located hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, and overall. The breakfast was very good and had quite some choice.

Cons:

The office staff was daily very loud on speaker at the phone while breakfast, which was combined with the music from the TV, quite annoying

Das Hotel ist zentral sehr gelegen, das Zimmer wurde unaufgefordert sauber gemacht.
Pros:

Ich wollte mein Zimmer wechseln und dabei wurde mir sehr geholfen

Cons:

Die Ausstattung (Fernseher, fehlende Fernbedienung, kein Wasserkocher und kein Kühlschrank) und vor der Eingangstür waren zu viele bekiffte Junkys. Das Hotel kann ich auf keinen fall für eine Familie empfehlen.

Vor allem das personal war wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das habe ich so nicht erwartet.

Pros:

The hotel was near the main train station (5 min walk) and near the city centre (15 min walk). We didn't had alot of encounters with the employes but they seemed nice. The breakfast was delicious. When we first came into our room it was clean and we had towels.

Cons:

There isn't much choice for breakfast but if you stay for 3 days you won't care for that too much. We didn't get any of new towels during our stay but we didn't care that much but we didn't hang anything on our door that we need a cleaning so maybe that is the reason. The streets near hotel were sketchy at first but you get used to it (it looks like it is part of the city with alot of Arabs).
