Pros:

De ligging, gemakkelijk bereikbaar en ruime parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk personeel en ruime schone kamers met goede bedden.

Cons:

Het eten in het restaurant viel wat tegen, behalve het ontbijt dat wel goed was.

Pros:

Depuis plusieurs années je viens chaque année dans cette établissement.
Je trouve que l'hôtel baisse un peu en qualité.
La chambre est spacieuse mais pas tres bien entretenu.
Miette au sol ,en dessous du lit c'était rempli de poussière.
J'ai passé le message à la réception.
Je trouve que l'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraîchissement.
Le personnel de la réception est tres sympathique.
Dommage j'espère que la direction va prendre en compte ma remarque.

Pros:

Het is niet het meest recente hotel van de groep Accor maar goed onderhouden en nette, ruime en comfortabele kamers. Zeer leuke zomerbar langs voie verte (kanaal Roubaix). Ontbijt is correct. Mogelijkheid om e-bikes binnen te zetten. Zeer ruime parking.
Lille is makkelijk te bereiken met de fiets of met de tram ( halte op 5 min wandelen),

Cons:

On m’a donné d’une chambre collée à la chambre là où il stocke les chariots de nettoyage, donc je vous laisse imaginer le bruit tout les matins.. j’ai remonté le problème dès le matin mais rien n’a changé , en plus je n’ai fait que 3 nuitée sur 5 car j’avais un imprévu et ils voulaient même pas me faire un geste ou un avoir à utiliser ultérieurement, voilà je ne retournerai jamais car ils auraient pu me changer de chambre ..
