1 night stay
Pros:

The location and view from the room, l stayed for one night, l did not use any of the facilities while l was there, so l couldn't comment.

Cons:

The room for me is outdated, a mark on the wall which l feel could have been wiped off. The bed was to soft, the room felt tired, although the
room was clean and so was the hotel. The staff were friendly and there's parking to the front and back..For a 1 night stay perfect l personally couldn't say longer with the bed being to soft. The hotel has a gym and spa and onsite restaurant and bar which to me seemed to be fairly priced so that was good.

Nice hotel, comfy, clean

Cons:

The service & food was really bad on this occasion, finished our food before the drinks arrived, 1 meal was inedible as burnt, there was a wedding party in so I think the kitchen & bar were pushed hence the level of service suffered as the last time I stayed I couldn’t fault it, to their credit they did not charge for the inedible meal and done some other things as an apology, - staff were great about it and was probably just a one off

Amazing staff 👏
Pros:

Staff so friendly and helpful especially Lyndsey (from Bradford) on reception. Lyndsey went above and beyond for me and my partner on our 1st night and made us feel so welcome.
Lyndsey is a absolute diamond and gives amazing customer service 👏 Well done Lyndsey (sorry if I've spelt it wrong)

Also to the guy (manager i think) bald guy who let us in for breakfast 35-40 mins early as we got the times mixed up so a massive thank you to him and the lovely lady on reception this morning who went out of her way to fetch coffee bags to our room this morning and even gave us some biscuits too.

Amazing staff so caring and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't rate the food (evening meals). It was edible but not great for being such a high end hotel.
My sizzler plate didn't come out sizzling and my pizza the following night was luke warm. We asked for fried and got chunky chips when I heard my partner order fried from 2 foot away but still got it wrong.

I never complained as I didn't want anyone to get wrong so never got the situation rectified.

Convenient with a lovely restaurant

Dinner in the restaurant was good as always.

Cons:

The noise!!! A wedding and a party just under our room with a 7 year old. It was extremely noisy and no one had a great sleep.
