Tolles Hotel, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Tolle Lage im Zentrum, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle sehr schöne Ausstattung. Auch das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und vielseitig.

Takterassen är fantastisk, frukosten likaså, hade extra allt!

Good for short stay
Pros:

Central location. Stylish decor. Staff all very helpful, particularly reception who assisted in getting a left item (mobile phone) couriered to our next hotel.

Cons:

Hotel car parking would have been more convenient. Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly and bin hadn’t been emptied (McDonald wrappers). ?? used for late departure after house keeping had left?? Room was very small and was more style over substance. A wardrobe and drawers would have been good. Small Juliette balcony was quite disappointing as nowhere to sit in room.

bien situé et une terrasse magnifique avec piscine.

La localisation, au centre de Palerme tout peut se faire à pied sauf Montreale bien entendu

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème avec notre suite junior sous la piscine, il y avait des fuites qui coulaient sur le mur et du plafond. Ils ne pouvaient pas nous loger dans une suite équivalente, nous avons changé de chambre après deux nuits compte tenu de l'odeur d'humidité qui y regnait. Cependant ils ont été accomodants en nous offrant deux massages et la moitié du diner passé dans l'hotel.

Wonderful
Pros:

Sadly we missed the first one and had to rush the 2nd but what we had was excellent. We stayed in another part of Palermo for 2 nights before and this hotel was in a much better location

Cons:

maybe a bit more storage and a barman more often on the roof

Die Lage und Design sowie das Rooftop waren super! Auch das Frühstück war grandios. Haben 2 Massagen auf Kulanz bekommen, die waren echt super

Diese Bewertung ist mir echt nicht leicht gefallen- weil ich auch selten negative Bewertungen schreibe. Hier waren allerdings ein paar Dinge die negativ aufgefallen sind. Meine Freundin hat am ersten Tag Geld vermisst, auf Anmerken der Situation an den Manager wurde leider sehr unprofessionell damit umgegangen.
Im Zimmer hat mal die Mülltüte mal Klopapier gefehlt, das war einfach lästig.
Dann war mitten in der Nacht noch ein Vorfall bei einem Zimmer nebenan (wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür kann) aber am nächsten Tag wurde es nicht mals erwähnt. Auf Beschwerde haben wir kulanterweise 2 Massagen bekommen, was auch in Ordnung war.
Der Rooftop Pool war spontan gesperrt an einem Tag mit Ankündigung am Vortag um 19:00 was unseren Tagesablauf durcheinander gebracht hat.
Insgesamt würde ich leider hier nicht mehr übernachten.
