Nettes, sauberes und stilvolles Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, das Personal war wirklich sehr herzlich. Super Frühstück. Ein schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Boutique Hotel. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Haven of tranquility to recharge for Palermo sightseeing
Pros:

Fantastic beds! If Palermo wasn’t waiting outside you might be tempted to maximise the time in them. The style is visible from the photos although in reality it’s even better. The Ortigia toiletries in the bathroom are a super nice touch. And the breakfast! Italy can sometimes have disappointing breakfast buffets. Here it’s a fantastic selection of local dishes both savoury and sweet. Small enough so you can try a few of them. And the freshly made eggs to order. Location is also hard to beat with Teatro Massimo and Capo Market each within under 5 mins leisurely walking.

Cons:

Nothing really, just a minor niggle but also shows how staff is looking after you. We had some issues with a room overheating. Staff were very attentive and tried but couldn’t solve it, in the end the simple tip from receptionist to turn it off the aircon was the solution.

Perfect for a few days in Palermo!
Pros:

Great location without being right in the busy areas. I liked the decor. Comfy beds and excellent staff service. I liked the coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Thought the proper made good use of the space it had.

Cons:

The nature of the building meant it wasn’t always practical in the rooms so wouldn’t be good for people with mobility issues as our room had some very narrow stairs. The shower in our room also wasn’t ideal as you couldn’t hang it anywhere to get underneath it so made it more difficult to wash for longer periods of time eg washing hair.

The staff were fabulous. Friendly and helpful. The location was very good.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, sewage type smell . It was very clean but the smell was unpleasant. There was no cochair to sit on in the room. You had to sit on the bed.

hotel che consiglio a coppie ma anche a famiglie che desiderano immergersi nella Palermo storica.
Pros:

struttura meravigliosamente ristrutturata in zona tranquilla, ma vicinissima alle vie del centro storico più frequentate. Tutti i monumenti (chiese, palazzi e teatri raggiungibili comodamente a piedi)
Colazione stupenda, con ampia scelta e tante prelibatezze siciliane. Personale molto disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste e a dare buoni consigli

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, el personal muy atento y el desayuno muy completo. Instalaciones muy cuidadas.

Cons:

La habitación un tanto ajustada de tamaño, y la ducha no tenía buena presión de agua. Por lo demás nada negativo importante para reseñar.

Incontournable pour visiter et se détendre
Pros:

Super accueil. Un personnel toujours a l'écoute et disponible.
Des installations pour se détendre au top.
Vraiment idéal pour visiter.
Petit déjeuner parfait

Cons:

Difficile de trouver une place de stationnement, sinon un parking a 5 mn pour 13 €/journée.

Séjour bref et très agréable, personnel au top!
Pros:

Le personnel est très compétent et attentif aux demandes de leurs clients. L'hôtel est propre, notre chambre spacieuse avec une belle salle de douche et une baignoire à bulles dans la chambre. Le SPA est bien (sauna, hammam et Jacuzzi). Le petit-déjeuner est correct. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied de la Via MAQUEDA.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko zabytków chociaż niestety ta okolica wieczorami bywa niepokojąca. Piekny wystroj pelen spokoju, kolorów ziemi. Bardzo fajna forma sniadania - raczej a’la carte a nie bufetowo.

Chambre spacieuse et bien agencée. L’établissement est magnifique, décor brut et raffiné. Superbe petit déjeuner salé et sucré. Spa et bar très agréable. Personnel d’une grande gentillesse et très prévenant

Cons:

Au troisième étage de l’annexe la douche manquait de pression.

Hôtel très bien placé mais attention au bruit
Pros:

Hôtel sympa dans l ensemble. Plutôt mignon. Super petit dej

Cons:

Très mauvaise isolation phonique. Que ce soit niveau chambre voisine mais également les bruits de la rue (musique à fond des voiture, gens qui hurlent, voiture ou moto qui passe, etc….)
Réveiller dans la nuit et compliqué de dormir le matin.
