Perfect location, best for family, good breakfast

Canal side location approximately 5-10 minutes walk from most of the main tourist attractions.

There were ants outside our garden view room which did get very in.

Pleasant stay overall, but needs refurb and improved maintenance
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which we really appreciated. We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was nice and spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage on our final day and collect it later. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection, although fairly standard rather than exceptional.

Cons:

The property is showing its age and would benefit from refurbishment in several areas. The main issue was the number of ants on the ground floor in Executive Suite, which would quickly find their way into the fridge and any food left out. While it was nice to have direct access to the garden, the outdoor area felt neglected. The hotel is also a fair walking distance from the train station, which may not suit all guests.

3 night stay at the Rosenburg Hotel in Brugge
Pros:

Ideal location, great size room, large comfortable bed, air conditioning, good quality furniture and good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for our needs.

staff sempre cordiale e disponibile ; pulizia eccellente. posizione ottima sia per raggiungere a piedi il centro sia per la vicinanza della fermata dell’autobus che porta direttamente alla stazione.
