Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Great communication with the hotel prior to arrival; we were able to sort car parking (everso reasonable & secure) & checkin/checkout times all guaranteed & confirmed in advance. This is a lovely warm friendly & welcoming hotel with great beds & linen & towels & lovely location by the canal. Highly recommended for a short break

Pros:

The location is nice , the room we were in was quite spacious. Employees were friendly. .

Cons:

i wouldn't book here again ( another Brugge trip in 3 months) as the mattresses were really worn out and extremely soft. We woke up with back pain. The breakfast was nothing special , average. And there were some pump voices (or something) that came up from the bathroom both in the evening and morning.

Excelente estadía, personal muy amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier necesidad.
El hotel es hermoso, decorado con muy buen gusto y el desayuno es excelente.

Hotel antiguo y precioso como Brujas. Pudimos dejar las maletas posterior al check out para seguir recorriendo las últimas horas, se agradece un montón! Además el personal nos dio recomendaciones y un mapa para guiarnos

We booked 20 places for our eurotrip and I can say this one is on the top 3, the beds are very comfortable, the personal is very polite and helpful, definitely we will back here.

Week-end détente en couple
Pros:

Chambre confortable mais mal insonorisée, on entendait les voisins discutés à 23 h, obligé de frapper sur le mur pour avoir le silence et enfin pourvoir dormir, salle de bain spacieuse , petits-déjeuners un peu simple pour un 4 étoiles mais la nourriture était bonne, personnel agréable, appréciable d'avoir un garage pour la voiture à 20 euros par jour. Eau dans la chambre mais payante 3 euros pour une petite bouteille en verre ( 2OO ou 250 ml ) bouilloire avec thé et café.

Cons:

Le bruit des voisins, 2 nuits sur 3, les gens ne pensent pas aux autres, et qu'on nous réclame la taxe de ville ( de séjours) alors que normalement c'est compris dans le prix booking , j'avais pris une photo mais rien n'y a fait, c'est le seul hôtel où nous allons avec booking qui nous réclame cette taxe, la semaine avant à Louvain tout était compris, ainsi qu' à Malines....ainsi qu' en France dans les hôtels c'est toujours compris avec booking.... l'an prochain nous essayerons un autre hôtel à Bruges ....
