Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Das Hotel liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand. Die Ausstattung orientiert sich an größeren US-Hotelketten. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Es verfügte über eine Klimaanlage und das Bett war sehr bequem.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut (kosher) bestückt und wurde in den Räumen des angebundenen Restaurants serviert.
Während meines Aufenthaltes wurde direkt vor dem Hotel die Trasse der Straßenbahn gebaut. Dies hatte einigen Baulärm zu den Tagesrandzeiten verursacht.
Le petit-déjeuner, facturé 35 €, était extrêmement limité : quelques plats de fromage blanc, quelques salades, du pain de mie, un gâteau, des cerneaux de noix, des bananes séchées, du café, du lait ainsi que du jus d’orange en bouteille. L’offre était donc particulièrement pauvre au regard du prix demandé. À 35 €, nous nous attendions légitimement à une prestation bien plus complète et de meilleure qualité.
Le ménage, quant à lui, était très insuffisant. Les draps ne semblaient pas être correctement remis en ordre, la poussière n’était visiblement pas faite régulièrement et, dans la salle de bains, du sable restait dans la baignoire après le passage du personnel de ménage.
Un élément nous a particulièrement interpellés : un petit flacon de shampoing tombé sur le côté est resté exactement au même endroit pendant quinze jours. Cela laisse clairement penser que le sol de cette zone n’a pas été nettoyé durant tout le séjour.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait vraiment être amélioré. Peu de choix. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de cette qualité.

תחזוקה לקויה. אני לא יודעת אם זה חלק ממראה הוינטג', אבל זה לא נראה ככה. רהיטים שדורשים רענון, ריצפת פרקט שידעה ימים יפים יותר ותחושה כללית של ניקיון ירוד. השטיחים במסדרון הפיצו ריחות לא נעימים. אין ממש אזור קבלה. משהו ממש מינימלי. יצאנו בבוקר לטיול וחזרנו לקראת 15:30 כדי לנוח לפני ארוחת הערב ועוד לא ניקו לנו את החדר. יצאנו בערב לארוחת ערב ושמנו שלט שיסדרו. חזרנו - לא היו. העברנו סוף שבוע שלם בלי סיבוב אחד ויחיד של ניקיון. קצת הזוי. אבל הכי נורא זה אזור ה"ג'קוזי". זה קבוצה של אמבטיות שאתה אמור לעשות בפומבי. לא נראה כמו ג'קוזי בכלל ולכן לא השתמשנו. גם לא נראה נקי ושמישהו מנקה בין שימוש לשימוש. לא ראינו שיש שם חלוקה של מגבות. לצערי לא ממליצה על המלון למרות שמאוד רצינו להנות :-(

החדרנית המקסימה Mutyq דאגה לסידור וניקיון החדרים לפחות פעמיים ביום ותמיד בחיוך ואם אנחנו צריכים עוד משהו
