The customer service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived and throughout the stay we were incredibly looked after. We feel like they went above and beyond and were very generous towards us and guests we had visit the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
There was tram works outside the hotel. Nothing to do with the property but just the timing of the stay there was a little more noise at night.

We had a great stay at the Deborah Brown Hotel. The hotel is charming, clean, and in a great location, but it was the warm, friendly staff who really made our visit special. We were traveling with a family member with special needs, and from the moment we arrived, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Sofie and Samara at reception, along with Maria from housekeeping, were especially kind, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and genuine care made a real difference and helped make our trip much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The staff were exceptional!! Each one was friendly and helpful. The location was very close to beach and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Had a great experience. Breakfast was delicious

טיילנו בחוף ובהחלטה ספונטנית החלטנו לקחת מלון ללילה. אהבנו את הדירוג של דברה בראון והזמנו חדר. בתוך המלון, מנהל משק סמארה קיבל אותנו באדיבות ובמאור פנים, עשה לנו שדרוג לחדר גדול יותר, בונוס של ארוחת בוקר ופינוי מאוחר במוצאי שבת. בחדר פינקו אותנו עם בקבוק יין, ולבקשתנו קיבלנו מיידית שמיכה נוספת. סמארה גם עשה לנו הדרכה והראה את האולם של פאדל וסנוקר. ארוחת בוקר היתה טעימה. היתה לנו חווה כיפית ונשמח לחזור שוב למלון הזה, שמנוהל עם הפנים לאורחים.
