Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait vraiment être amélioré. Peu de choix. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de cette qualité.
המיקום היה טוב. החדר מרווח והצוות מאוד שירותי.
תחזוקה לקויה. אני לא יודעת אם זה חלק ממראה הוינטג', אבל זה לא נראה ככה. רהיטים שדורשים רענון, ריצפת פרקט שידעה ימים יפים יותר ותחושה כללית של ניקיון ירוד. השטיחים במסדרון הפיצו ריחות לא נעימים. אין ממש אזור קבלה. משהו ממש מינימלי. יצאנו בבוקר לטיול וחזרנו לקראת 15:30 כדי לנוח לפני ארוחת הערב ועוד לא ניקו לנו את החדר. יצאנו בערב לארוחת ערב ושמנו שלט שיסדרו. חזרנו - לא היו. העברנו סוף שבוע שלם בלי סיבוב אחד ויחיד של ניקיון. קצת הזוי. אבל הכי נורא זה אזור ה"ג'קוזי". זה קבוצה של אמבטיות שאתה אמור לעשות בפומבי. לא נראה כמו ג'קוזי בכלל ולכן לא השתמשנו. גם לא נראה נקי ושמישהו מנקה בין שימוש לשימוש. לא ראינו שיש שם חלוקה של מגבות. לצערי לא ממליצה על המלון למרות שמאוד רצינו להנות :-(

הגענו לתקופה ארוכה והיה חשוב לנו להרגיש כמו בבית, וזאת התחושה שהייתה לנו עם הצוות המדהים של המלון, מריה, סמארה וסופי אתם צוות מדהים שעשה הכל מעל ומעבר על מנת להנעים את השהייה שלנו, שדרוג החדרים, פינוקים ועוד
החדרנית המקסימה Mutyq דאגה לסידור וניקיון החדרים לפחות פעמיים ביום ותמיד בחיוך ואם אנחנו צריכים עוד משהו
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וטעימה מאוד
בקיצור, מלון מעולה, מיקום מצוין אווירה נעימה צוות מעולה
מלון מעולה!! הכל נקי, מסודר, אווירה טובה.
שידרגו לנו את החדר בחינם לחדר עם נוף, בנוסף קיבלנו הארכה בצאק אווט לשעה 14, היחס מאוד נעים ומכבד!!

Стильный, чистый и современный отель с дружелюбным персоналом и отличным местоположением (5 минут до моря). Бронировал за 1 месяц до заезда, поэтому получилось не дорого.
