Important information:

Please note that guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. The details of this card must match the details of the reservation's holder. For advance payment, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of the guest and be presented upon check in.

For reservations of 6 nights or more, a deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay will be charged by the hotel at time of booking. In case of cancelation, this deposit will be refunded based on the cancelation policy stated in the booking confirmation.

Well-behaved and clean dogs are accepted within the establishment for a supplement of €40 per night and per animal. We inform you that they are not allowed in the spa and around the swimming pool. In the event of damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge €400 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay.

All rooms are nonsmoking: If we detect the smell of cigarets in the room, an additional charge of 400 euros will be applied.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your bank card prior to your stay. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay, within 1 to 14 working days, and 30 days maximum depending on your bank's conditions.

The pool and hot tub will be closed for maintenance between 17 November 2025 and 21 November 2025.

Top, zusätzlich absolut hundefreundlich

Kurz und bündig, der Aufenthalt im Canopy war nicht nur top, sondern absolut aussergewöhnlich. Das erste Mal, dass wir ausschliesslich nur die positivst mögliche Bewertung abgegeben haben. Es lohnt sich, dies zu erzählen. Begonnen hat es mit einer Unstimmigkeit bei der Ankunft bezüglich unserem gebuchten Zimmer. Stefano, der äusserst kompetente Herr an der Rezeption, welcher sogar noch perfekt Deutsch gesprochen hat, hat uns sofort und unkompliziert in ein anderes, superschönes Zimmer umgebucht. Stefano, an dieser Stelle nochmals besten Dank. Das Frühstück für uns tip top, wunderschön auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und Hafen.
Und nun zum Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Wir sind mit unserer Labrador Hündin Sam angereist. Sam hatte während des Aufenthaltes Geburtstag. Dies hat am Tag zuvor anscheinend jemand der Angestellten mitbekommen. Am nächsten Tag haben praktische alle Angestellten unserer Hündin Sam gratuliert. Zum Frühstück erhielt sie ihren eigenen Napf mit Leckereien. Ausserdem hat Sam anlässlich ihrem Geburtstag ein von diversen Mitarbeitern geschriebenes Geburtstagskärtchen (siehe Fotos) erhalten. Unsere kleine Maus war an diesem Tag der Star des Hotels. Ein hundefreundlicheres Hotel gibt es glaube ich nirgends auf der Welt. Ganz herzlichen Dank.
Obwohl wir gerne verschiedene Hotels ausprobieren, werden wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Cannes wieder im Canopy reservieren. Besten Dank für alles…
