Important information:

Please note that guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. The details of this card must match the details of the reservation's holder. For advance payment, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of the guest and be presented upon check in.

For reservations of 6 nights or more, a deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay will be charged by the hotel at time of booking. In case of cancelation, this deposit will be refunded based on the cancelation policy stated in the booking confirmation.

Well-behaved and clean dogs are accepted within the establishment for a supplement of €40 per night and per animal. We inform you that they are not allowed in the spa and around the swimming pool. In the event of damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge €400 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay.

All rooms are nonsmoking: If we detect the smell of cigarets in the room, an additional charge of 400 euros will be applied.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your bank card prior to your stay. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay, within 1 to 14 working days, and 30 days maximum depending on your bank's conditions.

The pool and hot tub will be closed for maintenance between 17 November 2025 and 21 November 2025.

Love everything about Canopy. Location, facilities and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Great location. Fantastic views from rooftop bar and restaurant as well as balcony. Close to all beaches. Awesome Spa facility, gym. Pool has fantastic view.

Заселение очень долгое, какие-то бесконечные разбирательства на ресепшн. Утюг не принесли по запросу. Мы оставили кошелек со всеми кредитными картами и водительскими правами, нам никто их не вернул, мы забыли их в номере. Парковки нет

Séjour très agréable face à la mer
Pros:

Séjour très agréable très belle vue mer dans notre chambre . Hôtel proche du centre ville et en même temps au calme du côté des plages et loin de l’agitation nocturne. Excellent petit déjeuner au restaurant roof top avec vue magnifique sur l’océan. Bref, je reviendrais volontiers
