Please note that guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. The details of this card must match the details of the reservation's holder. For advance payment, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of the guest and be presented upon check in.

For reservations of 6 nights or more, a deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay will be charged by the hotel at time of booking. In case of cancelation, this deposit will be refunded based on the cancelation policy stated in the booking confirmation.

Well-behaved and clean dogs are accepted within the establishment for a supplement of €40 per night and per animal. We inform you that they are not allowed in the spa and around the swimming pool. In the event of damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge €400 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay.

All rooms are nonsmoking: If we detect the smell of cigarets in the room, an additional charge of 400 euros will be applied.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your bank card prior to your stay. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay, within 1 to 14 working days, and 30 days maximum depending on your bank's conditions.

Bene, non benissimo a causa di alcuni dettagli migliorabili

Stanza arredata bene, hotel con un certo stile, un bellissimo rooftop ed il Café per degli ottimi brunch.
Posizione comoda per il centro ai piedi del quartiere Suquet.

Cons:

Abbiamo preso dei caffé in camera in tazze che non sono mai state cambiate, il lavabo ha un rubinetto che non consente di lavarsi il viso senza versare acqua ovunque.
Inoltre hanno messo dei prodotti da bagno sicuramente di qualità ma assolutamente da evitare la profumazione Charcoal se non volete profumare di affumicatoio, forse per un uomo tanto quanto, ma uno shampoo del genere per una donna e’ sconsigliatissimo, aggiungo che sarebbe utile un porta asciugamano e che un telo doccia aveva dei capelli sopra, da un hotel di questo livello mi aspetto che questi piccoli dettagli vengano sistemati!

The hotel was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The housekeeping was good although they didn't come to make up the room until 5pm on one occasion.
The Cafe on the ground floor was very good but didn't open until 9am.

Je ne reviendrais plus.

Très passable pour le prix : 300 € par nuitée en moyenne.

Séjour très décevant, absolument pas à la hauteur du prix payé (300 € la nuit, sans petit-déjeuner ni spa).

Les problèmes sont nombreux et concernent tous les aspects de l’établissement. La télévision était vétuste, se bloquant toutes les 10 minutes pendant 4 jours. L’eau chaude était à peine tiède, et le système de réglage ne fonctionnait pas.

Côté accueil, le manque de professionnalisme est flagrant. À l’exception de Camille et de l’équipe du mardi 07/04 matin outre ce jeune homme toujours souriant et toujours aussi gentil depuis 2023 qui m'a raccompagné à ma voiture, le personnel semblait agacé par les questions, voire dérangé. Le sourire est clairement absent, ce qui est incompréhensible à 300 € la nuit sans le petit déj ni le spa.

Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement décevant pour 35 € : quelques viennoiseries, des fruits dur à découper soi-même hormis des mandarines, des céréales basiques… rien de remarquable. Le jus d’orange du café rue Jean Hibert était meilleur car réellement pressé lui. De plus, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, aucune option sans gluten n’est proposée, pas même du pain. Les équipements sont vétustes : même le personnel a eu des difficultés à utiliser le grille-pain.

La chambre était également très bruyante, avec des nuisances constantes venant de l’étage supérieur. Malgré un constat sur place, aucune solution n’a été apportée. Ils éteignent le feu pour que le client se taise mais ne font RIEN pour vous.

Enfin, certaines interactions avec le personnel ont été particulièrement désagréables. Une employée du room service a refusé de m’aider à déposer des peignoirs sales, me répondant de manière sèche et inappropriée. J'ai gardé mes peignoirs sales, c'est OK et pas très grave dans la vie.

En résumé : prestations médiocres, service défaillant et rapport qualité/prix inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement .

Toppen läge! Trevlig person i receptionen som var väldigt hjälpsamma och uppgraderad vårt rum.

Cons:

Trångt badrum, badrock och ”tofflor” ingår ej i rummet, vår balkong var minimal vilket inte framgick i beskrivningen av rummet
