Reception by an Italian -Thai gentleman
The room and the bathroom were big and comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing with many choices from 7-10am.
Location is close to Sarpi street,China town, a lively semi pedestrian way full of young people and restaurants mostly Asian cuisine.
Transportation from the hotel was easy too, 5 minutes walk to train.

Pésimo servicio, no había agua en la habitación pedí 1 botella y la cobraron a 6.00 euros, quise hacer una llamada de larga distancia y en la recepción me dijeron que no tenían teléfono solo para llamadas internas para ser 4* esta terrible la atención el personal cero atentos. Pedí un soporte para maletas y m3 dijeron que solo las suits tenían. Muy decepcionante.
The room is spacious and comfortable. Location is the city centre so you have everything at your doorstep. Spacial thanks for the team as I had special requests for the important date and they fulfilled my request in full, I am more than happy with their efforts!
