Somente o café da manhã que acredito, precise melhorar, ser mais completo. O café da manhã dos hotéis da região normalmente tem mais variedades. Padrão do Sul do País.

Valor honesto.
Pros:

O hotel possui uma localização excelente, é amplo e muito bem cuidado. Os corredores chamam atenção por serem surpreendentemente largos, o que reforça a impressão de se tratar de um edifício antigo ou clássico da cidade. O café da manhã é satisfatório, simples e sem grandes destaques.

Cons:

A televisão era pequena e posicionada muito distante para o tamanho do ambiente. Hoje em dia, aparelhos de 55" ou maiores são acessíveis e certamente fariam diferença, especialmente para famílias com crianças pequenas. Já o serviço de manobrista pareceu um pouco atrapalhado ou sobrecarregado. No momento da saída, solicitei que realizassem o check-out e pedi ajuda com as malas, pois estava acompanhado da minha esposa grávida e de uma criança de dois anos. Para minha surpresa, informaram que caberia ao cliente descer com as malas. Achei uma postura estranha e pouco delicada para um hotel desse porte.

Cons:

Café da manhã. Acredito que poderia ser mais caprichado, visto o porte do hotel, manter o mesmo padrão. Poucas opções e os pães estavam duros, inclusive o pão de queijo. Sabendo que se trata de Blumenau esperava um café típico alemão bem farto e de qualidade.
