Localização e cortesia dos colaboradores.
Limpeza, dedetização e conforto. Apareceu uma barata no box do banheiro. E, o piso do quarto estava extremamente sujo, onde não era possível andar de pé descalços. Ficamos 3 dias e foi notável que em nenhum deles foi passado um pano se quer no piso. Os travesseiros também eram péssimos, o que ocasionava todos os dias acordarmos com dor no pescoço e cervical, tanto eu quanto os demais colegas.
La ubicacion, excelente muy central
La habitación que me toco daba hacia una calle lateral y había un poco de bulla. Se nota que el Hotel ya tiene sus años, le estan haciendo arreglos lo cual es muy positivo. Falta cambio de alfombra en los espacios comunes ya que estan muy manchadas.

Precisam urgentemente resolver o estacionamento, o serviço é terceirizado e os funcionários são excelentes, porém, de noite não tem vagas para estacionar devido a superlotação

Ao entrar no quarto o frigobar não estava funcionando; a equipe do hotel resolveu o problema, porém as bebidas demoraram para gelar.
Por estar muito bem localizado, há barulhos de bares ao redor, contudo as janelas bloqueiam 90% do barulho.
