Location was great as it was centrally located. The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean.
Parking off site was a bit inconvenient as its approx a 7 minute walk and we had a small baby. Otherwise a great stay.
Good location and very spacious room.
Parking is a fair distance from the hotel.
Lovely staff and a really nice room. Great location beside Eyre square. Would recommend to anyone. Will stay again
Nothing to dislike
I would never stay in this hotel again. I was absolutely embarrassed. as I entered the hotel to check in I wasn’t welcomed with a smile or a hello. The receptionist got straight to the point and asked for a deposit for my partner and myself. Which we gave the 50e each, as taught was the normal for this hotel even though we were never asked in any other hotel before. As we checked out and had to wait for someone to check our room to get out deposit back. About 7/8 people checked out in that time as we were waiting and no one else asked for a deposit back! We were the only ones who were waiting for a deposit back! We felt completely embrassed and discriminated in this hotel. The room itself was moderate and the bathroom smelt like mould. There was all cobwebs around the window in the room. A stain on the sheets. Walking to the room itself in the corridors was an awful musty smell. Never again would I stay here for how I felt from the receptionist! Total embrassment ment and discrimination.
The location was soo convnient.

The room was dark very little light and had a hole in the carpet no water for kettle crack on plate at breakfast manager wasnt helpful breakfast area was dark overall wont be back
Location
Nothing
Staff friendly and courteous
Room very stale and smelt of stale smoke
Location and room good.
The noise levels during the night was ridiculous - banging doors all night - we got no sleep. Water pressure in shower was awful.
Its location is super since it is within the city centre
The location of the car park
Although there is nothing morw they can do to have a car park right at the same vicinity with the hoteĺ
