Pros:

The room was a good size, clean, and the staff was very nice. Also, the location was perfect -- right in the center of Galway and close to everything.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a bit worse for wear. It could use a make over.

Very enjoyable and would highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a great size with a double and single bed in it and the heat and comfort of the room was amazing as it was a very cold wet evening. The breakfast was all you could eat and very tasty and was served by very friendly staff, I will definitely be staying here again as its so central to everything that is Galway city and i highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Las habitaciones y el baño cómodo y muy limpio, el desayuno muy rico. El personal fue muy amable, nos dejaron guardar allí las maletas hasta que pudimos entrar a la habitación

Brilliant hotel. Comfy room staff very accommodating.

Cons:

Only issue we had was no private parking. Had to park in a public car park away from hotel. Crosses you have to bear when in the centre of the city.

Good location, sizable room, but unfortunately smelled like stale cigarette smoke.
Pros:

Location was fantastic.

Cons:

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Was given a voucher for parking but still had to pay €11 additional at parking garage. Was never told if there was a time limit or when we needed to leave the garage by in order to avoid an extra charge.
