They stated there was parking in front of their establishment and that was not true at all! They sent us to an unsecured parking garage at least 4 blocks away!!! We tried to cancel the second night when we checked in but we were told we couldn’t because we went through bookings.com.

Le pommeau de douche mobile était inutilisable car le bouton à tirer pour passer du robinet de la baignoire au pommeau de douche était bloqué. Heureusement la tête de touche attachée au mur, elle fonctionnait :)

Room was decent. Clean and comfortable enough. The location can't be beat though, walking distance from Eyre Square - very close to pick up for bus tours to aran islands and cliffs of moher.
I wouldn't say the room was *nice*. there were seagulls (and their droppings) right outside our window many mornings. the room itself was fine though. if you're just looking for a comfortable spot to sleep while exploring Galway for most of the day, this is a good option.
The water was freezing couldn’t take a shower. The staff were very rude.
