Met all the needs AND it was close to the train.
Pros:

Room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the accoutrements one could hope for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location so near the Square was perfect.

Cons:

The room was WAY down the hall, and even at that, I had some noisy people arriving until about 10pm. Other than that, it was wonderful. I would not refuse to go back, for sure.

A bit rude staff at breakfast, overall not very friendly staff. Way to hot in the room, not possible to adjust.

Would come again, but would certainly want a room on a lower floor with significantly better Wi-Fi.
Pros:

Location excellent - very central. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Wi-Fi in bedroom (room 303) was extremely poor. I had to come down to reception even to download the newspaper and it was very difficult to do most things via Wi-Fi.

Pros:

Camera ampia, buona posizione, buona insonorizzazione, buon sistema di allarme antincendio (forse un po' troppo sensibile, visto che ha suonato alle 4 di notte per un falso allarme!).

Cons:

Moquette, pulizia non impeccabile.
