Hardly any hot water in bathroom, no telephone in room stains on carpet looked l8ke blood did report all this and told no maintenance on at weekend fan in bathroom broke. A unit outside room was broken off the wall with wires exposed. Emailed manager as told they would call me and heard nothing which is so unprofessional from a 4 * hotel it is never a 4* was told they're taking all phones out yhe rooms which is unacceptable stayed there in 2025 and no complaints this year plenty will not enter into hotel again. Breakfast was a disgrace burnt bacon and sausages no beans in pot or eggs had to wait for these considering its a buffet breakfast its not on

The location was lovely, the pool was nice, enjoyed my stay

Cons:

Lights wasnt working in the bedroom.. kettle also broken, burnt hand, Odd bugs in room too told staff and basically got oh 😳... breakfast wasnt that good and cold..

Lovely room, apart from the door to wind Don needs to be a darkened struggle to sleep a bit

Great Place, Great Breakfast
Pros:

Perfect,
stopped for the night and as always a perfect stay, its my 5th time staying so that says it all, friendly check in and a great breakfast to start the day,
swimming pool was nice and clean and again friendly staff

Staff friendly enough

Cons:

Water in room very shallow no power thru shower room carpet stained, no telephone in room, no sugar or milk on arrival, room smelt musty. Not happy with it all reported it at reception and told manager would contact myself and not heard a thing also toilet panel very close to wall so had to sit on it sideways. Windows were very dirty and fan in bathroom not working will not stay there again not a 4 star hotel

Good stay - Wonderful front desk staff. Lovely room but pool area was terrible.

Room nice and clean and welcoming staff
In fact the reception staff were wonderful

Cons:

pool needs a revamp - lots of used cups lying around
Food was ok but would rather go out for food next time - also food took a long time to arrive
breakfast was nice but very simple but ok
The hotel wasnt as nice as it appeared to be from the outside
