Pros:

We stayed at Sweet Dream hotel at Haveloc island a day before. The hotel owner defrauded us. He didn't have any similar Sweet dreams hotel counterpart at Neil islands. Even after booking hotel at Expedia in front of him and showed the same and conveyed to him to communicate his counterpart hotel for our arrival at Neil islands so that check in-check out issues will not happen due to same hotel which I perceived to be at Havelock. But despite owner knowing that there is no such hotel at Neil islands,he duped and accepted and saying that we will convey your stay at our hotel at Neil islands as well. So in a way he forged the things to claim the check-in at Haveloc one more day, which we didn't check in at Neil islands. Infact after reaching Neil islands, he didn't pickup the call to attend us in trouble and left us in limbo and trouble. A lot of agony, mental distress happened by not able to found his hotel which I booked thinking for booking at Neil islands. Therefore kindly blacklist his hotel and issue penalties in him for duping and defrauding innocent hapless tourist. Request to issue the refund for the false bogus booking which we didn't check-in at Neil islands for which it was booked.

Pros:

The bathrooms were very poorly constructed. The rooms were OK and were made of decent work. The food at hotel was very pathetic and badly prepared. Charged a lot on meals but quality wise not worth the price. Won't recommend it to anyone. Rates with better bucks will yield more ambience and great enjoyable time. Experience not so good.

Clean room ..no wi fi
Pros:

Nice room..no wi fi as renovations going on didnt see much of staff..room was clean and comfortable though wasnt offered it to be cleaned and stayed a week.
Had to pay an extra night stay to check out at 2.30pm but was cheaper to do.online rather than through the owner

Pros:

Я купил этот отель очень рано по акции. Цена была невысокая. Хозяин просто отказывался заселять. Стал утверждать, что бронь аннулирована. Помогло вселиться что я стал громко орать что бы слышали остальные гости, что вызову полицию. Wi Fi не работал. Местоположение в карте указано неправильное.

I bought this hotel very early for a promotion. The price was low. The owner simply refused to settle. I began to claim that the reservation was canceled. It helped to move in that I began to yell loudly so that the other guests could hear that I would call the police. The Wi Fi didn't work. The location on the map is incorrect.
