I was greeted wonderfully, every member of staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much. Everywhere was immaculately clean, smelled beautiful. The food was of such fantastic quality, the spa, woweee, phenomenal.
Muhammad should be soo proud of his team, Dan at the bar, Summer, and then Emily at the spa reception, absolute credits to this establishment.
I will definitely be returning soon.
The only thing I will say is that the room I had, was a little dated, that being said, it was spotlessly clean.
Nice hotel, good spa, good location
No electric car chargers. Had to go off site and hang around for an hour or so to charge, even if they had slow chargers you could charge over night.
I liked everything about the property. Was beautiful and secluded and and rooms clean, cozy and great size and the activities to do there are accessible to use to a later time then what was expected, that was a cherry on top of the great stay I had experienced. The staff was sweet and so helpful didn't have no problems finding where to go and even checking in and out was simple and quick with a great conversation with all questions I had answered and even explained with no problem. Food was delicious and bar staff very professional and really friendly. Really enjoyed the whole experience.
Was just the fact that there was a hairdryer included in the list of things that was accessible in the room but was not provided. May seem small but was needed but does not put an impact on the stay as it was great
I like the spa with the outdoor view that was the best part of the stay and breakfast had lots of choice
I know it said that they dont take complaints as its a busy hotel with themed nights. But we were right on top of the elvis tribute. Yes it went on til 1am didn't get the best sleep. We knew it was happening. It just wasn't great for sleeping. Beds were too hard pillows hard too. Anyway, I ordered a hot chocolate from the bar and it was cold too. Not the best.
Broken shower handle actually I cut my self
Bead was badly uncomfortable so I don’t sleep almost at all
Staff worked at night in restaurant was very lazy not organised no one welcome me at the door I was confused it’s a table service or at desk like in pub
I have chicken madras - and it was really plain food rice was stinky and no one sizing the food not spicy not salty no flavour
I don’t recommend that place mess and no professional at all
Friendly, helpful staff, excellent early morning swim and great food - breakfast and lunch.
In the conference room I had to remove used flip chart paper and ask for the bins to be emptied before we started. Once asked the staff apologies and promptly put everything right. Everything else, - WiFi and connectivity was simple to use and worked perfectly.
