Friendly welcome, quick check in process and very comfy bed

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean.

Comfortable stay, great facilities, great staff
Pros:

The property is clean and well looked after. The thermal suite in the spa is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The bed is very comfortable. The surrounding garden is beautiful

Cons:

Our room was quite small and I didn’t have a bedside table. The bathroom door was damaged, but not a big issue.

Love staying here.
Pros:

Third time here with my son who has autism. We love it here. It’s peaceful, the staff are lovely and the facilities are great. We love going swimming here too

Ok, but standard is dropping.
Pros:

Light room, secure door.

Cons:

Room wasn’t serviced. Shampoo dispenser fell off wall and injured wife’s foot. No conditioner in room. Large pot hole on cresta run style access road. Standard seems to be dropping, will probably revert to the Royal Toby, which has upped its game recently.
