We honestly could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. Every single member of staff was amazing from start to finish — so caring, lovely and accommodating, with nothing ever being too much trouble.
The planning process was seamless, the timings throughout the day were flawless, and every finer detail was carefully thought through. The venue itself, the bridal suite, the ceremony/reception room completely exceeded our expectations and made our day feel so special.
A huge thank you to Charlotte, our wedding coordinator, who made everything absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail and support throughout made the whole experience stress-free and magical.
From the beautiful setup to the thoughtful little suprise touches, everything was simply perfect. We will never forget how special everyone made our wedding day feel.

We had our twilight wedding at the Mercure Norton Grange hotel, a short sweet ceremony and danced the night away, just amazing!
Myself and my girls stayed at the hotel the night before, we were made to feel very welcome from when we arrived.
The bridal suite is lovely and spacious, there was lots of room for 7 girls to get ready together in.
The food was really good, both during our wedding day and the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast.
We used the pool and thermal suite, all excellent.
Thank you to everyone at the Mercure Norton Grange hotel who helped to make our day perfect for us, the staff were all very friendly, the DJ was fab and kept everyone on the dance floor all night!

We had our wedding at Norton Grange last weekend and honestly it was perfect from start to finish. Charlotte, our wedding planner, was amazing the whole way through and made everything feel so easy and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and she really went above and beyond to make sure our day was special.
The whole team at Norton Grange were brilliant. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel really looked after all day. They genuinely made us feel special and helped make the day even better than we imagined.
The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted and all of our guests said how lovely the venue was. The DJ was also fantastic and kept everyone on the dance floor all night.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married. Thank you to everyone at Norton Grange for giving us such an unforgettable day!
the Spa was very good and the staff were friendly
the cooked breakfast was always cold and one evening i was told there was no mashed potato available evem though most of the main meals revolved around ,mashed potato.
We have used this hotel on a number of occasions, for family functions, and for short stays. It is located very conveniently for the motorway network, and is close to family and friends (we have moved away from the area).
No real problems.
Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Enjoyed the swimming pool.
Room quality was poor. Shower pressure terrible. Just a basic kettle. Really small bed. Dirty glasses left by the cleaners.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was fantastic value for money.
Spa was great.
A fridge in the room is a massive plus point & should be standard in this day & age
My Husband and I had our wedding at this venue 28th March 2026 and we can honestly say it was the best of our lives. Charlotte Whittaker, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked the wedding until the day of the wedding, thank you so much. Also a big shout out to Mo who looked after the wedding party the night before and on the day, nothing was too much trouble. They offer a warm, friendly and truly memorable experience and we would highly recommend this venue.
