Hotel in guter Lage, ideal für 1 Nacht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, zu Fuss zum Dom und in die Altstadt.
Das Zimmer war ok, Dusche gross und das Badezimmer gut eingerichtet. Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne Dom Blick gebucht, da es Ausblick auf eine kleine Strasse hatte, die uns ruhig erschien.
Wir wollten nach der 1. Nacht das Zimmer wechseln, da die Lüftung nicht richtig funktioniert hat.
Wir haben ein grösseres Zimmer bekommen mit Blick auf den Dom, alles ok, aber es war laut.
Das Restaurant war sehr gut, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen.

Cons:

Das SPA im Keller, kaum zu finden, ist für so ein Hotel nicht angemessen. Wir haben es nach der Besichtigung sofort enttäuscht verlassen.

Goed hotel midden in de stad. Perfect voor ons romatisch uitje.
Pros:

Ik had om een romantische verrassing gevraagd voor mijn partner. Rozen, aardeien, (alcoholvrij) drankje bij aankomst en het was heel mooi uitgevoerd. Mijn partner was erg verrast.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Köln
Pros:

Top Lage (knapp 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und vom Dom entfernt), gemütliche Zimmer. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum, z.T. mit Blick auf den Rhein, und ein wunderbares Frühstücksbüffet.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit ansprechender Ausstattung, klein aber gut durchdacht. Die Dusche mit angrenzendem Bad ist mit einer Glasscheibe vom Schlafraum abgetrennt, was bei Doppelbelegung vielleicht nicht jedem gefällt (Standardzimmer). Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Abends war in unserem Zimmer in Bad und Dusche lediglich lauwarmes Wasser verfügbar. Morgens gab es hinsichtlich der Wassertemperatur keinerlei Einschränkungen.

Pros:

I had asked to check in early because i was travelling with my 7 year old daughter,when i got there the room was ready 😀
The lady at the counter noticed that it was my birthday the following day, the following day,they suprised me with a birthday cake.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
The rooms are clean and specious.The personeel is very friendly.
