Great location, comfortable hotel, friendly and efficient staff.
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location being a stones throw from the cathederal. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

It rained a bit in Cologne when we were there. Otherwise we had a lovely time.

Great central Cologne hotel, by the Dom Cathedral - friendly staff, comfy beds & a great breakfast
Pros:

The room was really nice with a view of the Dom Cathedral. The bed and duvet were very comfy and I slept well. Friendly and helpful staff and a great choice for breakfast. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

The shower floor tiles were wobbly and the grout was breaking up, but the shower worked well with a strong spray

Pros:

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. As an American, it was a little sketchy using the car elevator to park, but we got the hang of it. Thankful for the English language accommodation by staff.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice if regular water bottles were sold.
