Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr, sehr gut, mitten in der Stadt. Trotzdem war es Nachts sehr leise im Zimmer. Alles sehr schön, gibt nichts zu meckern.

Cons:

Der Schminkspiegel war leider viel zu hoch angebracht.

Genel olarak keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel kötü değildi; özellikle konumu, temizliği ve güler yüzlü perso
Pros:

Otelin en büyük avantajı konumuydu. Köln Katedrali’ne, Ren Nehri’ne ve şehir merkezindeki birçok noktaya yürüyerek kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Bu sayede araç kullanmadan rahatlıkla gezebildik.

Otel genel olarak temiz ve bakımlıydı. Personel güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyordu.

Kahvaltısı kötü değildi; yeterli çeşit sunuyordu ve genel olarak memnun kaldık. Ancak, seyahatimiz boyunca konakladığımız diğer otellerle kıyasladığımızda biraz daha zengin ve çeşitli olabilirdi.

Otopark konusunda da herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Garajda rahatlıkla yer bulabildik, bu da araçla seyahat edenler için önemli bir avantajdı.

Cons:

Otelin odaları biraz küçüktü. Ayrıca odalarda sunulan bazı temel ikram ve kişisel kullanım ürünleri düzenli olarak yenilenmiyordu. Konaklamamız süresince su, çay ve kahve gibi ikramlar tekrar tamamlanmadı. Terlik ve benzeri temel oda ihtiyaçları da oldukça sınırlıydı. Özellikle Türkiye’deki otellerle kıyaslandığında bu konuda beklentimizin altında kaldığını söyleyebiliriz.

Kahvaltı genel olarak kötü değildi ancak otelin konumu, dış görünümü ve genel standardı düşünüldüğünde daha zengin ve çeşitli olabilirdi.

Bu değerlendirmeyi, Almanya’daki on günlük seyahatimiz boyunca konakladığımız beş farklı otelle yaptığımız karşılaştırmaya dayanarak yazıyoruz. Almanya’da ilk kez otelde konaklayacak kişiler için bu durumlar normal karşılanabilir. Ancak farklı otelleri arka arkaya deneyimlediğimiz için hizmet ve oda standartları arasındaki farkları daha net gözlemleme imkânımız oldu.

Ruime hotelkamer op wandelafstand van Dom, Oude Markt, musea en 2 parkeergarages!
Pros:

Geweldige locatie in het centrum van Keulen. Bij het buitenwandelen van het hotel zie je meteen de Dom. De Oude Markt, cafés, restaurants en winkels zijn allemaal op wandelafstand. Museum Ludwig ligt vlak naast het hotel, wat voor ons een troef was, gezien we een uitstap maakten naar Keulen voor een expositie van Yayoi Kusama. We kwamen met de auto en er bevonden zich 2 parkeergarages op 1 minuut wandelen van het hotel (Contipark Dom - Contipark Philharmonie) voor 24 EUR/dag. Mooie en ruime hotelkamer, airconditioning, minibar, propere badkamer. Lekker eten of drinken kan ook in Mondial 1516, het restaurant van het hotel met aangenaam buitenterras dat uitzicht geeft op de Dom.

Cons:

Het water in de douche had geen constante temperatuur, de doucheslang was ook aan vervanging toe. Kleine minpuntjes, want een verblijf op deze locatie in de stad is echt wel een aanrader!

İki tek kişilik yataklı odada kaldık fakat yataklar oldukça yakındı birbirine. Ayrılsakta beraberiz der gibi… Sabah erken çıkacağımız için kahvaltı almadık. Onu bilmiyorum o yüzden.

Excellent location . Very good and friendly reception staff especially the woman on evening reception who fetched champagne flutes for us to drink our sekt. She was very good

Cons:

Unfriendly barman in bar attached to hotel. Bar was empty and we sat atbtable for 4 (only 2 of us) .he wanted us to move because a nearby concert was finishing in half an hour. Very inhospitable
