le sens su service et de faire plaisir lors du petit déjeuner dès l'accueil en salle.

Cons:

L'accueil à notre arrivée . Avec le sentiment profond d'être ennuyeux car nous ne parlons ni allemand, ni anglais.
manque cruel de volonté d'investissement du réceptionniste .
voilà pourquoi la note est de 7.
un sourire et essayer de comprendre les étrangers , vous auriez eu 9.
Dommage, en souhaitant modifier mon avis lors de la prochaine visite.

Le petit déjeuner , envouté par la gentillesse du personnel et l'amabilité du service au petit déjeuner.
Merci monsieur le receptionniste du petit déjeuner pour votre professionnalisme, volonté de faire plaisir et être au soin de ceux qui passent par votre espace. Y compris de faire l'effort de de mettre à nous expliquer le fonctionnement a ceux qui parlent uniquement la langue française.
